Chapter 62: Extra Rewards

"Is my reward ready for the request I finished?" Leroy asked as he stared at the woman with a small glare on his face, making it look like the entire conversation was annoying, to begin with.

"Ah, could you show me your Adventurers badge sir? I'll be able to identify which request it was with it." The woman said as she stared at Leroy, her face still maintaining that smile though her eyes had closed.

'She acted as if she was surprised by my tone but her body behavior doesn't showcase that at all' Leroy thought as he stared at the woman and then took the badge out of his breast pocket and threw it on the receptionist table.

"There," Leroy said as he tried to portray himself as if he was annoyed immensely with him having to identify himself.

'It's annoying having to act this way though everyone seems to think I always act like this' Leroy thought as he secretly released a small sigh of exasperation.
