Chapter 51: C-Rank Mission

'Which one should I pick?' Leroy thought as he looked at the three request papers in his hand.

'First of all let's eliminate the Orc mission, while it pays the most out of all three missions, it also requires me to join a team of other adventurers and while they all know each other, I don't know them. They could betray me after we finish the mission and no one would suspect a thing after all it's not unknown for a C-rank adventurer to die to a C+ Rank monster.' Leroy thought and then added on as well.

'I'm also looking for more experience fighting alone than in a group, I've already practiced that quite a lot while I was with the Jackals, so what I'm in dire need of right now, is a solo experience.' Leroy thought and then stared at the second paper.
