The thing that made it fantastical was that his phone could now generate any network and work it to exhaust its full potential.
One has to consider that the internet is a collection of devices to share resources. This meant that his phone could create billions of billions of virtual devices and everyone of them could be controlled perfectly.

Technopathy… this ability is way out there. It enabled the phone to use psychic powers!
His phone no longer needed the internet to connect to other technological objects.
His phone could perceive, receive, transmit, interface, and interact with other devices unilaterally. Add that to Mia's abilities…
The broken thing however was that the phone could also send mental messages to his brain directly, allowing him to input mental instructions and view output mentally.
He no longer needed to look at the phone, or even hold it to interact with it.
The sixth enhancement was even more magical.
Android X directly made the phone a separate entity. It was still his phone, but it could also do things intuitively.
It had not developed intelligence, but Jiang Hao had already regarded the phone as Mia's body.
Digital Eye is more of a digital perception and detection mechanism.
