A strange aura seeped into my body, liberating the heavy fatigue I had only just now noticed. The strange energy coursed through my veins, racking it with pain yet also healing it at a noticeable pace.

The bright lights surrounding me seared my retina right through my eyelids, my lungs struggled to breathe as the pungent scent of chlorine made its way through my parched mouth. My body cramped up in all manners from soreness unlike anything I've felt before, as if I had laid in the same position for weeks.
I sought to open my eyes, yet the strength eluded me. All I could feel right now is my body burning up, weak and covered in sweat while a sense of deep-seated boiling rage began to emerge from sheer anxiety and frustration.
I laid there, restless, assaulted by numerous stimuli that made me want to curl up into a ball and tear open my skull.

The strange energy that rested in my veins spun erratically as it converged within my eyes, I tore through my weakness with sheer willpower as I gazed upon the world.
Blinding lights, doctors and nurses with metal headbands, strange men in full black outfits and masks, insects, the particles of dust in the corners of the room...
..Metal headbands? Forehead protectors? That symbol...
A smirk came across my face even as I was racked in unfathomable levels of both mental and physical pain. The tomoe in my eye began to rotate and develop into two, before rotating even faster, reaching the full 3-Tomoe Sharingan.
My voice, raspy yet powerful unlike what one would have expected from my struggling body, clearly enunciated my next thought.
