The villagers quickly mobilized, preparing for the impending onslaught from the queen's elite guards. I could see the fear in their eyes, but also a steely determination. These people had suffered under the queen's rule for too long, and they were ready to fight for their freedom. I turned to Nara, who was already coordinating our defenses.

"Nara, we need to create a defensive line at the village entrance. Use the carts and debris to form a barricade," I instructed, my voice firm despite the fear gnawing at my insides.

Nara nodded, her expression grim. "Consider it done. What about you, Elara?"

"I'll be at the front," I replied, gripping my sword tightly. "We need to show them that we won't back down."
