Chapter 2: Chapter - 2 (Kakashi Sensei!!)
Naruto sighed and tried to head back home, but suddenly, someone grabbed his clothes. Kakashi lifted him up with one hand. Naruto was shocked.
"Put me down! Why are you doing this? Put me down!" he exclaimed.
Kakashi calmly asked, "Hey kid, you're the one who followed me. And why are you shouting? My ears are aching. Can you please shut up and tell me why you were following me?"
Naruto didn't know what to say. He stayed silent, trying to think of a reason to tell Kakashi. Just then, another person, a shinobi, approached Kakashi. Naruto easily recognized him by his appearance—it was Might Guy. Might Guy spoke to Kakashi, "Hey, what are you doing to that kid? Why are you picking fights with children? Leave him alone."
Might Guy looked at Naruto and asked, "Hey kid, what are you doing with Kakashi?"
Kakashi, uninterested, said, "Whatever," and dropped Naruto. "Hey kid, go play somewhere else and don't follow me."
Might Guy then said, "Hey Kakashi, the Hokage has summoned you. Meet him in the Hokage's office."
Kakashi replied, "Okay, I'll go immediately," and left for the Hokage's office.
Naruto was left standing there, thinking, "Well, Naruto's story starts when he is 12 years old. I barely look like I'm 5. That means a lot more incidents are going to happen from now on."
As evening approached, Naruto returned to his house. Later that night, someone knocked on his door. Naruto was shocked and thought, "Who could this be at night?" He slowly opened the door and was shocked by what he saw.
It was the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. Hiruzen asked, "Why are you opening the door so late?" He handed Naruto some money and said, "Here are this month's expenses. Take care, Naruto." He put the money on the table and asked, "Have you been causing any trouble lately?"
Naruto replied, "No."
Hiruzen then asked, "Then why were you following Kakashi this morning?"
Hiruzen sighed. "Well, whatever. Don't cause any trouble, Naruto. You're now 5. When you reach 6 years old, you're going to join the Ninja Academy, so behave well." Hiruzen Sarutobi left Naruto's house.
As he walked away, an ANBU squad member approached Hiruzen. Hiruzen asked, "Any suspicious activities in this area lately?"
The ANBU member replied, "No, I was just following that child silently."
Hiruzen responded, "Okay, okay." He continued walking, thinking, "Because of the Uchiha clan, our village is in conflict. There are more problems to solve. I must keep Naruto's secret, or it will cause more issues. All I worry about is Danzo. I don't know what he will do next." Hiruzen headed to his Hokage office.
Back at his house, Naruto spoke to himself, "Wow! I'm going to join the Ninja Academy in one year. That's too long. I can't wait to learn any ninjutsu." Suddenly, Naruto remembered something and called out softly, "Kurama!... silence. Another time, "Kurama!!... Kurama!!"
He tried to speak to Kurama, but there was no reply. Naruto thought to himself, "I guess it's because I don't know anything about chakra. That's why I can't contact Kurama. I must learn about chakra and ninjutsu before the academy starts." He pondered how he could learn ninjutsu on his own, thinking deeply. Suddenly, he remembered something. "Well, I am going to meet that person. It's going to be hard to find his house." With that, Naruto went to sleep.
"It's not massacre; it's conflict. I mistakenly typed 'massacre' instead of 'conflict.' The Uchiha clan massacre happens when Sasuke is seven years old, so it hasn't happened at this time. Don't get Offended"
