CHEOL’s POV

The next morning, I woke up without Stella by my side. I sighed and got up before I ran my fingers over my hair. I walked towards the bathroom lazily to wash my face and brush my teeth.

I went down the stairs and saw Stella in the kitchen preparing breakfast. She was chopping carrots on the chopping board like a pro. She seemed to really enjoy cooking. The food she made yesterday was actually delicious.

“Hi, good morning,” I greeted her and she looked at me with a bright smile.

“Good morning…Umm, are you hungry?” she asked. I did not miss the blush creeping on her cheek.

It depends on the hunger she was referring to. If she was asking if I was hungry with her, that would be a yes. But it was about the food? No, I don’t think so.

“I’m good,” I went beside her and observed her cutting the carrots. “Can I help?”
