“Prepare your things for a week.” That was Jeonghan’s last words before I exited out of his office. And Friday has come so fast so I placed my suitcase on top of my bed and started packing my things.
I stuffed my clothes, toiletries, shoes and books laid all around it. I haven’t been on a trip, even on a holiday so I wasn’t sure what I should bring. I ended up picking out a few sundresses and some summery clothes and of course my business attires and packed it into the suitcase.
Suddenly the door bursts open and a sad Honey stepped inside my room. “Baby, what’s wrong?”
“You’re leaving and I feel sad mommy.”
I stopped packing and put down the shoes I was holding to meet my daughter with a hug and placed her on top of my bed as I kneel in front of her. “It’s for my work baby.”
“Can I go with you?” she asked, her eyes pleading.
