POV (Samira)
Today was another ordinary day at the guild, with adventurers coming and going, laughing or arguing about their quests. Although it is boring, most of the time, I would not change my position for that of the other secretaries. Mmm…receiving annoying complaints and those unwanted looks. When can I find a prince in this trolls' den? Hearing a slight commotion, I snapped out of my thoughts and lifted my head from the counter. Snapping out of her rambling, Samira watched as Aethereis stared at her and felt embarrassed.

"Aethereis," he replied.

"Profession?"

Nodding, Samira finished writing everything down in the book and said:
"The cost for registration will be one gold coin. You can wait for your membership card to be given to you in the waiting room."
"I understand," Aetheris said as he handed over a gold coin. Samira took the coin and retreated through a door behind the counter.
Walking towards the waiting room, Aethereis sat on a sofa, looking around he found some pamphlets on a table, interested in its title "Universal Bank" he began to read it, interested in its content.....

'I'll need a place to study about magical abilities,' he thought. 'Once I manage to promote to the rare rank I will be able to move more easily.'
While Aethereis pondered his next moves, Samira approached the waiting room with a calm step. In her hands she held a small bag that jingled with the sound of coins colliding and a black card with silver engravings.
Samira stopped in front of Aethereis, offering her the card and the bag with a smile. "Sorry for the wait," Samira said. "Here is your guild membership card and the hundred coins you are entitled to as a member."
Aethereis stood up from his seat and accepted the card and bag, putting them away safely.
"Thank you, Samira," Aethereis said in his usual flat voice. "As you can see I am new in town and I would like to know where I can find the Universal Bank branch and also where I can rent a house for a while."
Samira nodded understandingly and replied, "Of course. The Universal Bank branch is near the city center. Exit the guild headquarters, turn left, and go straight until you see a gray building with dark blue cornices."
"Regarding renting a house, I would recommend visiting the real estate agency located on Grail Street, just south of here. "They have a good selection of properties available."
"I see, thanks for the information. Then it's time for me to go," Aethereis said.
"It was a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Aethereis. Enjoy your stay in town," Samira replied.
