Lexzandra looks at the young man before her, with questions wandering inside her head. She keeps looking at him with furrowed eyes making him uncomfortable. What new drama is this?

Her gaze shifts to Nikolai, who stands nearby, watching her intently. His presence makes her feel awkward.

She can't fathom why Nikolai is orchestrating this scenario. Is he testing her? Trying to provoke her? His motives are unclear, and it only adds to her frustration.

She wishes she could read his mind or at least understand why he's making such a big deal out of assigning a personal knight. It's not like she asked for this.
