Chapter 127: Video game

We moved from the kitchen to the living room, our stomachs full and spirits high. Tyron had set up the gaming console, the screens already glowing with the promise of an epic game night.

The living room was bathed in the soft glow of ambient lighting, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Plush throw blankets and cushions were scattered across the couch, ready for us to sink into.

The coffee table was laden with snacks—bowls of popcorn, bags of chips, and a variety of candies, all within easy reach. I settled into the couch, a controller in hand, feeling the buzz of excitement.

"So, what's the first game?" I asked, glancing at Tyron.

"Mario Kart, of course," Tyron said with a grin. "Time to see who's really the best."

Zaya chuckled beside me, picking up her controller. "Prepare to lose, guys."
