The afternoon sun filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over Elena's sleeping form. I stood by the window, straightening the lapels of my best suit and tying a perfectly crisp knot in my tie.

My favorite watch gleamed on my wrist, a symbol of power and control. I glanced at Elena, her peaceful expression a stark contrast to the turmoil brewing inside me.

"Some people need to learn a lesson," I muttered, my voice cold and resolute. Leaning down, I brushed a tender kiss across her forehead before quietly exiting the room. 

My mind was set on one thing: making those who dared to disrespect Elena pay dearly. My spies had already done the groundwork, gathering all the information I needed about the modeling agency that had insulted her. Their insolence would not go unpunished.
