As I walked back to my room with Isabel, the evening air was cool against my skin. We didn't speak much, the quiet between us comfortable. When we reached my door, Isabel turned to me with a serious expression.

"Don't stay out too late, Elena," she said, her tone firm but affectionate. "You have a big day tomorrow."

"I won't," I promised, giving her a grateful smile. "Thanks for everything, Isabel."

She nodded, her eyes softening. "Goodnight, Elena. Have fun."

With that, she left, and I entered my room, closing the door behind me. The silence enveloped me, and I took a deep breath, trying to calm the excitement and nerves fluttering in my chest. Tonight was my first real date with Zaya, and I wanted everything to be perfect.
