Tomura sighed "How the hell did you get that part of the story" he asked.
Jean scoffed "I got the story and your thoughts during, also really? Working with Wil-"
He covered her mouth with his palm. "Jean" he checked his surroundings "Can we talk about this somewhere that's not the middle of the hallway?"
Jean shook her head and pulled his hand off her face. "Follow me" she said and clenched her jaw.
They both went into her surprisingly large room, he sat down on a spinning office chair and faced her while she stayed standing across from him.
"So? You gonna explain" Her eyes were narrow and she looked pissed.
"Well…yeah I did kinda steal your blood, I'm sorry but jus-" He tried to speak but was interrupted.
"I asked why, not for an apology." Her tone was harsh.
Tomura sighed "Okay, i came across this scientist in Harlem, he's a genius-"
"Samuel Sterns, you thought about him a hell of a lot during the trip" she said as she sat down onto the bed behind her.
"Right, massive head, he's a genius, we are trying to create a serum. It's simple really, it will elevate my body above what it is now, my strength, durability all the basics just turned up a notch" he explained.
"Your already strong, your already one of the strongest people in this building" she said incredulously.
"That's not enough" he said
"You've only been a mutant for what? Two months and your already strong why-"
"Do you have no ambition!" He said scathingly as he stood up.
"Yeah I do, I want mutant kind to be accepted and I want to live a happy life, is that not enough for someone like you?" Jean said as she stood aswell.
"Someone like me? What's that mean" Tomura said as he took a step forward.
"Oh it's simple really, you nearly killed every single person in this school, if it wasn't for me you would have killed Pietro Maximoff as well and that would have been great."
"Why would that not be great, that little shit would probably deserve it." He thought back to when the blur was punching him.
"Oh, yeah, Brilliant idea Tomura, just kill Magnetos son why don't you go after the daughter too?" She asked sarcastically.
"The brotherhood is lucky I don't find them and do to them what I did to Blob or Sabretooth." Tomuras blood was roaring at the very idea.
Jean laughed "You were nearly killed by a gun today unless you forgot that, Magneto would kill you."
"Would he?" That touched a nerve "You know what Jean, fuck you, your just pissed off that your stuck in this shit hole" he said as he started to walk to her door.
He opened it and was about to step through when the door slammed shut telekinetically.
"What's that meant to mean?" She asked.
"Your just pissed, because your gonna be stuck here forever." He tried to open the door but it wouldn't budge.
"Open the door Jean!" His own red eyes mirrored her blazing green ones.
"How am I stuck here?"
"Well I don't know, maybe because your what 20 and the only school you've got any qualifications from is the Great Charles Xavier School for fucking pricks." Jeans eyes widened in shock as they eyes followed the 17 year old.
Tomura decayed the door and left in a mood as he walked through the corridors.
"YOU BLOOD STEALING PRICK!" He heard come from behind him and he snarled.
He turned a corner and found random students all looking at him weird, he walked through them and then took another turn.
Where the hell was he!
"Where's the fucking exit!" He punched a nearby wall and turned another 4 corners and finally saw the front door.
"Hey, kid!" Logan shouted from behind him.
Tomura threws his arms in the air "The fuck do you wan-" his words found themself locked in his throat as Logan had pulled the boy into a hug.
Tomura was frozen still as the man patted his back. "Thank you kid, for saving that girl" Logan pulled back and grabbed Tomuras shoulders.
Tomuras eyes were wide in astonishment as he met Logans eyes and saw emotion, true emotion other than annoyance or anger on the man's face.
The shorter man gave Tomura another pat on the shoulder before waking back the way he came.
Tomura was frozen still for a few moments before snapping out of the daze.
He sighed and pushed open the double doors and was preparing to leave when he was interrupted again.
"Hey, you're leaving already?"
Tomura turned and felt a small smile grow on his face as he met eyes with the hammerhead shark kid.
"Yeah, I uh well I gotta go" he shrugged but felt his smile drop as the kids eyes dropped to the floor. "You were a pretty good fight" he said to cheer the kid up.
It seemed to work as the kid perked up. "Really?"
"Yeah, you gotta work on your footwork though, it's sloppy." Tomura said with a smile.
"Wait what's your name?" The shark asked and Tomuras eyes widened.
"Oh" he never even asked any names but Laura's "I'm Tomura, what about you?"
"James"
Tomura was expecting something less, well less normal.
"So anyway James this is what you wanna do with footwork" he got into a stance "Copy me"
The kid did as he asked quickly.
"Good, alright so when we punch-"

"Taxi scamming pricks" Tomura muttered to himself as he walked into the warehouse, it was dark outside now.
Samuel looked up and gave him a wave. "Sterns come here" Tomura placed the three duffel bags onto a table with a clang. "Check those out, whatever we can't use at all. Just sell"
Tomura walked over to the TV and turned it on, he briefly turned his head watching Sterns go through the duffel bags with fascination written all over his face.
"Oh and Sterns catch" he threw the USB over to the man who caught it with all the care in the world.
The man left the bags along and instantly plugged in the USB. A few minutes later Sterns spoke up "This is incredible, this will speed us up so much, we just need those samples and we can get it done before the end of the year"
Tomura took note of that, samples it is.
He switched the channel on the TV and paused in shock, Sterns also looked over and froze.
Simultaneously they looked over at each other, Tomura quickly stood up and rushed out of the door with a bag full of empty sample cases.
'I can't beat Magneto huh' he could barely hear himself think over a sudden loud explosion that he could see from over a mile away. 'I'll beat someone stronger'
Sterns looked at the TV in fascination, what perfect timing. The news headline was thrilling.
'Hulk vs The Abomination Round 2!'
