Shirakawa felt relieved hearing this. Though a small change, it showed Tohka was learning beyond just eating.
He patted her head. "Starting tomorrow, you can go to school!"
Tohka's eyes widened in surprise. "That's great! I can stay with Shiro all day!"
She jumped onto Shirakawa in excitement, clinging to him.
"In school, remember the precautions I told you. If you encounter something you don't know, come to me directly."
Shirakawa emphasized a few things, and Tohka nodded eagerly, then eagerly tore into the bread.

Mrs. Mira walked towards Shirakawa with a chuckle. He didn't know if it was because the bathroom was too slippery or because of the slippers. Mrs. Mira suddenly fell forward while exclaiming.
Shirakawa quickly extended his hand. Fortunately, he caught the bulb and didn't break it. Otherwise the wait wouldn't have been for nothing.
"Well"
Shirakawa looked down at the charming Mrs. Mira and determined to fix the bulb.
