Chapter 3
"Move your arm a little higher."
"Don't slouch back."
"Keep your center of balance under control."
"When fighting make sure use your weapons more than your fist."
"Dodging is far better parring. If not possible try to deflect it or let it slide away."
"Keeping your attention on your enemy is as important as keeping an eye on your surroundings. It will not be like ninja academy where only one person will attack. Make sure to stay alert for traps."
Iruka Umino was shouting and fixing Naruto's Taijutsu. There was Naruto and his four shadow clones with him. They were inn the backyard of Iruka's home.
About a dozen meters away tens of shadow clones were reading books and scrolls. Most of them were trying to memorize them. And if anyone had problems they asked Iruka for help.
Besides those shadow clones five shadow clones were meditating in Naruto's apartment. And five went to look around for good training grounds.
"Now dispel them and try again." Iruka said.
"Shadow clone jutsu." With that there were five shadow clones, one dispelled itself letting the four continue with him.
"You are improving very fast. Even without your shadow clones help I don't think it would be difficult for you." Iruka praised Naruto. They were at it for hours. At first Iruka was very angry at how bad Naruto was at it blaming himself for not finding it before. But that soon changed with the rate of improvement.
"Even though you are already good. We will work on it all day making it like instinct to you. After that sparring will help you improve." Iruka said.
"Iruka sensei how will I get faster and stronger after that?" Naruto questioned.
"For now being skilled enough should be your concern. We will continue to run in the morning like we did today. I will make preparations after seeing your improvements." Iruka walked toward Naruto's shadow clones who were busy with reading scrolls.
"Complete the test. If you don't get full marks you fail. All the questions are very important for any shinobi to know." Iruka was very serious while teaching Naruto. And Naruto was happy about it instead of being annoyed, though he wanted to spar a little.
'But I don't think I stand a chance against Iruka sensei with my current Taijutsu level only.' And he was absolutely right about it all.
Konoha Taijutsu style was mainly a mix of both offense and defence. Going through one after another moves were helping him making it his muscles memory. Though the previous way of fighting made it a little harder for him to get used to new style of Taijutsu. And he decided to put all the blame on Mizuki's head.
'Next time I meet that Mizuki bastard I will break him legs.' Naruto said in his mind but he wanted to break his neck. Even without Naruto realising he changed a lot.
While his shadow clones were trying their hardest to complete the test papers, Naruto fell into a dazed state. He went through one after another moves without thinking about anything. He forgot about time as well the rays of sun that increased.
"Okay, that's enough." Iruka's voice made him come out of that state. Iruka had a happy smile on his face.
"You have achieved far more than I expected. Let's go take a bath lunch will be ready." Iruka said entering his house.
"Boss, I never expected to see you enter a state like that!" One of his shadow clone wanted to shout about what kind of cultivation bullshit state was that.
On the other and the real Naruto felt refreshed but he was full of sweat. He was sweating buckets. Looking down he saw even his pants were drenched with his sweat.
"I need a bath before anything else." He decided not caring about his shadow clone and going to the bathroom.
"Damn and here we had to scratch our head, and give exams." One of the shadow clones complained, though there was a smile on its face.

"Ino, it's a B rank jutsu and you cannot learn it because you don't have enough chakra for it. It's a jutsu for jonins." Even now she could remember her father words.
Previous day after visiting Iruka sensei she went back to her house and asked her mother. Only to get told to wait and ask her father about it. At the end when her father came back it was at the time of the dinner.
When she learned about it she wanted to learn it. And she even asked her father to teach her that.
Result was that answer.
'Still how come Naruto has more chakra than me!?' She asked in her mind angry about it. She understood Iruka sensei helped Naruto but that really didn't matter to her as much as the fact that the dead last was able to learn something and she couldn't.
"COME ON BOSS! YOU CAN DO IT!"
"DON'T FORGET RAMEN IS ON THE LINE."
Ino blinked. And started to walk toward the shouts. She could tell who was shouting. It was none other than Naruto.
She came across a backyard of a house. She decided to peek from the fence. What she saw made her eyes widened.
There were dozens of Naruto who were cheering for another Naruto who was fighting against Iruka sensei.
"Naruto you wanted to spar and here we are. Why don't you land a hit." Iruka said standing in his place deflecting one after of Naruto's attacks.
"I am trying. But not only you are more skilled than me, you are both stronger and faster than me." Naruto said giving his best in a Taijutsu fight against Iruka.
"You have to do better than that. I have not taken a single step from where I am standing." Iruka caught his fist and tried to throw him backward, only for Naruto to spin around and try to kick his face. Key word being try, which Iruka caught and Slammed Naruto to the ground.
"Well I might went a little too far." Iruka said only to jump back putting his hands covering his eyes. Naruto was successful throwing sand in Iruka's eyes and his next target was... Yes Iruka made the right decision to jump back.
"I win!" Naruto shouted in victory jumping up from the ground.
"Ramen."
"Ramen."
"Ramen." While all the shadow clones started to cheer chanting ramen, all the while jumping around a circle.
All the while Ino watched all that. At first it was surprise especially seeing Naruto fight. But after the end of the battle she felt her eyes twitch.
Not only she was feeling jealous about Naruto having more chakra than her, there was also the feeling of jealousy because of how easily Naruto could use the shadow clone jutsu.
'What's so special about ramen. Weirdo.' With that she left the place again not seeing another person who was hiding behind a tree few feets away from her. Someone who had a smile.
"Naruto kun..." Hinata Hyuga said with a blush on her face. She was spying on Naruto like her usual routine. She was happy to see Naruto happy. Not to mention she was also seeing Naruto improve much faster than before. And couple with someone's guidance she could see him grow much faster.
"HEY, HINATA! What are you doing here?" Suddenly a Naruto jumped out of the tree and asked her.
"Na-na-naruto kun!" And bolted from her place.
"Well that's something." Naruto's shadow clone said looking at Hinata running away. He knew how shy Hinata was but to see it in real life made him pretty speechless. If he didn't know the truth, he would have thought she hated him.
"Weird girl." He decided to give the same comment as canon Naruto. He could see it would be a very hard job to even have small conversation with her, let alone more.

"So, that's happened." Naruto said while taking a bath before going to sleep. He had dispelled all of his shadow clones.
'Things are going pretty good. I have to reach the level to defeat Iruka sensei in just Taijutsu within this month. I can put this kind of goal in front of me.' Naruto was really feeling happy seeing his improvements. Even without Shadow clones his speed of improvement was really something.
'Still if I use weights I can reach that goal far faster.' He concentrated moving his chakra through his hole body. A seal appeared on his stomach.
'I want to learn Fuinjutsu. But I don't want to push too hard. I still don't know what kind of reaction Hiruzen will show if I try to learn Fuinjutsu.' In the library he did not find any Fuinjutsu book. If he had to guess it was not available for genins. Or he would need to get permission from the village, even use points to get it.
'Will it be okay or should I wait for Jiraya?' He asked himself. Even though he did not like Jiraya it didn't mean he hated him. Jiraya was also a seal master and very likely had everything he needed.
'But I don't want to waste all this time. I have to ask Iruka sensei about more chakra control exercises and master those two before the team creation.' He had a lot of things that he wanted to learn and master. And so because of the help of his shadow clones he was not afraid to put the work into it.
One of the problems Naruto was facing was his Yin-Yang balance. And he would not be able to do anything about it for sometimes. Until he got Kurama to agree and help him. Because of Yang Kurama his Yin part was lacking. It also made it harder for him to learn to control chakra.
'There's no need to worry that much. I need to have good sleep.' With that thought on his mind he decided to go to sleep.
'Faster!'
'Faster!'
'FASTER!' Naruto roared in his mind as he sprinted. He was running circles around Konoha village. Not just that he was doing it while giving it his best from the very beginning.
Iruka was with him at first but Iruka had things to do. So, he left Naruto to run on his own.
Naruto was half Uzumaki as well as the host of the Nine tail fox. And stamina was one thing he had in spades. So to test himself and go beyond he decided to sprint as fast as he could.
While doing so he noticed how fast his recovery was. Whenever he felt a little tired, it didn't take long and he was back to being full of energy. And him trying to go beyond was a pretty good way to get faster.
His shadow clones were already busy. Some busy making breakfast, some meditating, some reading books and some gathering information.
'Shadow clones can't help me in it. So I will do my best and go beyond!' He was motivating himself even after being full of sweat.
"Hey kid calm down. You don't have to run like your life depends on it." Naruto slowed down looking at the person who told him to slow down.
A woman with brown and Inuzuka clans marking on her cheeks. It was none other than Tsume Inuzuka, Kiba's mother and the clan head of the Inuzuka clan.
"If only that lazy ass worked this hard."
"Um, I am trying to see my limit and increase my speed." Naruto said following her jogging speed.
"You should use weights they will help you do that much faster. Besides I am Tsume Inuzuka, Kiba's mother." She introduced herself.
"Really!" Naruto acted shocked. In a way that was not that much of an act when the real Naruto thought Kiba was a dog acting like a human.
"Yes, and besides that don't exercise too hard, it will do more harm than good." She advised him.
"Mom, I have hospital duty today. Can't we end it a little early?" A girl came jogging to them asking Tsume.
"This is my older daughter Hana. She is also Kiba's older sister." Tsume introduced her without acknowledging Hana's question.
"It's nice to meet you." Naruto greeted.
"It's nice to meet you too, shorty." Naruto felt like his eyes twitch. Height was a sore subject for him.
"Well, then excuse me." Naruto decided to continue on his mission. Run as fast as you can. He sprinted as fast as he could leaving a trail of dust.
"Well that was rude." Hana said smiling.
"Like you calling him shorty. He didn't like it." Tsume said amused.
"So, why are you talking to him. Aren't we suppose to ignore him?" Hana asked.
"That was when he was a ninja academy student. Now he is a shinobi, and making small talk is not a big deal." She paused.
"Besides he will be one hell of a monster with that kind of determination." She said her voice a little lower.
Tsume saw Naruto run like that even before the sun rise. And with that kind of determination she was interested to see the results.
"Did you forget what I asked?" Hana complained.
"Yeah, yeah, you can go. No interest in growing stronger." Tsume said with a sigh.

'Does Naruto kun dislike me now? Does he think I hate him? Does he hate me now!?' Hinata was talking in her mind complaining to herself.
'If only I did not run away seeing him. But-but there were so many Naruto kun.' Hinata was peeking at Naruto from behind a tree. While the real Naruto was punching and kicking a log post. His jacket was full of sweat.
"I don't need it for now." Naruto said taking off his jacket and starting to train while his full upper body naked.
Seeing that Hinata's head was steaming. But even then her eyes were glued to Naruto.
'N-n-naruto Kun!' While she was too busy looking at Naruto. Few of Naruto's shadow clones were behind her, hiding in the trees.
"Will this be okay? I think she will faint." One of them whispered to another.
"How else we can have the chance to get close to her? Besides if we take it slowly it will take a decade to even have a little conversation." Another one whispered.
"Okay then. Let's go." He whispered.
"WE CAUGHT YOU." Hinata was startled hearing the shouts. Then she was shocked to see herself surrounded by dozens of Naruto.
"Eeep!" She exclaimed.
'W-w-what!' She exclaimed in her mind, thinking about running away. But there was the problem she was surrounded.
'W-where can I go?' She found no way to run and she fainted.
"Told you that will happen." One of the shadow clones said.
"Well this will wake her up." Real Naruto said as he took out his water bottle.
'What happened to me?' Hinata asked herself as she slowly opened her eye. Only to see a familiar blonde face grinning at her.
"Hey Hinata you finally decided to wake up." Naruto said.
'Naruto kun is giving me lap pillow!' Her hole face went atomic, and she fainted again.
"Told you that will happen." Half a dozen of Naruto shadow clones were rolling on the ground laughing.
"Hinata take a deep breath and don't faint." Naruto said slow as Hinata slowly sat up on the ground. Naruto decided to give her some space, so she didn't faint again.
"I was curious to why you were spying on me. But don't worry I am not angry at you." He said trying to calm Hinata down and make sure she didn't faint again.
Listening to Naruto's advise she started to take deep breaths and it worked to calm her down.
"Why don't you train with me?" Naruto said more like he asked her.
"I-i-i will only hold you back." It was more of a whisper than a reply. But Naruto heard that.
"Hey, you don't have to worry about that. I am the dead last of the class and if I can work to improve you can too." Besides he disliked the fact that Hinata was wasting her time. Even though Hinata was not like Neji she was a genius on her own right. And the current Naruto wanted to change Hinata and make her reach her potential and be more confident.
Naruto's smile made Hinata smile a little. She put two of her index fingers together in nervousness and happiness.
"Okay then attack me." Naruto said getting into a fighting stance.
"I-i-i can't." Hinata stuttered.
'It will take time...'

"Iruka sensei, Iruka sensei." Naruto ran into Iruka's house. While Iruka was busy with some of his work.
"What is it, Naruto?" He asked putting the papers down.
"How does a ninja walk on a wall without holding anything?" Naruto asked him.
"Oh, you just saw it. It's not that hard. By the look on your face you will not give up until I tell you how to?" At his question he got quick and happy nods from Naruto.
"That's a chakra control exercise. After mastering leaf sticking exercise you learn that. Let us go outside, and I will demonstrate it to you." They walked outside of the house.
"You have to find the right amount of chakra you will need. More than needed will make the tree bark explode and less will make your leg slip." Iruka started to explain tree walking chakra control exercises.
"Be careful when doing so." Iruka warned him, leaving Naruto to do his work.
"It will take no time." Naruto said fist bumping to the sky.
"YEAH." With him dozens of Shadow clones said agreeing with him.
Iruka who was busy looked through his window and felt like sighing. Dozens of Naruto were busy at it.
'Even I think I will start to feel jealous.' He said that but he was more proud than anything.
