— The Child That I'll Wait For —
I was requested to tutor the first princess of Luktarc yesterday. Her name was Maphina Seraphine Luktarc? I think that was it. She has quite a beautiful name, expected from a princess, really.
I am currently working as a teacher in the famous schools ever. The Rillia Magic University from Reinfreeden.
I'll be leaving by tomorrow. Gotta say bye to my students.

"Hello there, princess. I am Putri Hitres! Your magic instructor or..—teacher!" I smiled both brightly and anxiously. The eight year old princess was certainly cute. Again, expected from the royal family.
She has crimson red hair and emerald green eyes. The girls eyes looked at me up and down, I was getting more anxious.
"Maphina Seraphine Luktarc... Just call me Maphina." I girl said with a stern tone. Ahh.. she was one of those princesses who takes their role seriously...
"Alright, Maphina-hime." I smiled at her again but more awkwardly, "If you can't really drop the princess title, you would've been more nice if you say it yourself.", "I–"
"Just kidding! It's nice to meet you!" I saw the princess smile brightly... She went from stern to genial. She stuck her tongue out in a silly way and making peace sign.
Maybe I judge her to quickly.. "A-ah... I see... Well, Maphina-hime, wanna start tomo–" I was interrupted, "Can we train today?????? Please please please please please please??" The girl seems to be excited.
"Sure! But we have to check your affinities first." I said to her, "okie dokie!" Oki... Okie dokie?

"Now, place your hands in this orb, relax your body and steady your breathing." I instructed her, she nodded and followed what I said.
The orb glowed white, I checked the orb. "Hm. Fire, lightning, wind, dark, and—" my eyes widen in horror. Why–.. why does she have that affinity? But, despite that. The genial girl doesn't fit for that affinity. It's better if she doesn't know.
"Putri-sensei, are you okay?" I smiled to reassure her that I'm fine. She smiled and nodded.
"Also lightning? Buzz buzz!" Yeah.. that affinity shouldn't be in her. She's way to friendly.
I notice the princess's face turn into a expression that somewhat say; "Why did I do that."
"Okay, Maphina-hime." I said.
I gave her a few instructions. I notice that her expression soften and smiled. I stopped talking, "is something wrong?" I asked her. "Your voice is really mellifluous and smooth." I blushed at the compliment— wait.
Mellifluous? How does she know—you know what? The queen or the king probably taught her that.
"Well.. thank you very much, Maphina-hime." I smiled.
"I hope we have a good relationship as time progress." She smiled, I smiled back and nodded.

"Uhh.. Maphina-hime?" She was spacing out... And.. she's looking at my chest.
It's nice that Maphina-hime and I are making progress into our teacher-studeng relationship but... Why must she look at me so.. pervertedly?
You know what? She's just a child. That's right. Maphina-hime is just child. She probably doesn't what she's doing
Now.. I see her smiling pervertedly but this time she shook it off.. sometimes, I'm uncomfy around her. Well of course, sometimes. But I guess I've gotten used to this for now.

"Putri-sensei." I turned back to her, the now ten year old girl walked up to me, "eh." I saw a ring in her hand. She grabbed my left hand and slides the ring into my ring hand... So, she really is seriously about her proposal, huh?
"Just a reminder... I'll get you a better ring in the future! That's a promise!" She smiled brightly. Only two years passed and you've grown so much, Maphina-hi—... Maphina.
"Alright. I'll be leaving now." I kissed Maphina's forehead. "I'll wait for you, okay?" I smiled softly, I notice her blush "Yes!"
I get on the carriage, it started moving. I turn my back and saw that she was waving goodbye to me, I waved goodbye back.
That girl. I only accepted her proposal because I didn't want to upset, she'll grow out of it as time pass on, I know she will.
But, that thought, somewhat...
Scares me.
I look at my left hand. The ring is really pretty...
