Chapter 73: LISTEN TO YOUR HEART

Hours after hours had passed by, it was almost late afternoon yet not a shadow appeared from both doors. I was all alone on the presidential floor and not even the hotel's service staff could be seen anywhere. 

I am already feeling restless while still seated on the carpeted floor. From time to time I would stand up to flex my numb legs and my aching buttocks, then after a short pace, I would return to my sitting position. I was starting to lose hope of seeing her, but I don't want to give in with my body's exhaustion and starvation, as well as my mind's turmoil. 

I am more than determined not to give up. Whatever it takes, even if I have to sleep here this evening or I have to wait for her to appear until tomorrow or the day after, I will stay here as long as possible. I cared less about my condition and how awful I look now, all I ever wanted was to talk to her.
