His touch is surprisingly gentle, his calloused fingers brushing against her skin with a delicate care that seems at odds with his usual demeanor.

Robin can't help but stare at him, her heart pounding.

She can't believe he's here, taking care of her. She tries to speak, but her voice is hoarse and weak.

"Layla," he says, his voice cold and emotionless. " Took you and had you assaulted. I found out about your kidnapping and went to the location to retrieve you."

Robin shakes her head at this.
