Before Saffiyah left, she and her sister had a cup of tea catching up on things that had been happening. Sera was busy with her business that was making a lot of money as all of her products were amongst the best. Saffiyah was busy with family life and trying to advance her magic. When they were done Saffiyah headed off whilst Sera stayed on her table continuing her work.
'Now all I gotta do is find some high-grade cultivation books that match my daughters abilities, I'll check out the best magic store for those since they sell some of the best stuff. I'll just need to be aware as they arent your simple store as they hide their actual merchandise in plain sight but have put up stuff so that people wouldn't realize.' Saffiyah knew all of this because of her purchases there for Aarons training. The reason why Saffiyah and Maxim were so focused on training their children was because of the cruel things they experienced in person. People in power destroyed Maxim's hometown when he was young due to a prank some kid pulled on a noble. Saffiyah and Sera grew up rough, relying on each other due to being abandoned in the wilderness. Their physical bodies did not adapt fast enough so they relied on their magical abilities to survive and escape.
Arriving at the large three story building, Sera walked behind the building and pulled on a mana contraption that required a certain amount of mana that was constantly changing everyday. Requiring a high level of mana sensing and control. Once she entered instead of browsing around, she went to strange spots in the building and did a multitude of different puzzles. Eventually she reached the top floor, "Hello again Saffiyah, looking for more high grade books?", smiled the shopkeeper. "Hello Fred, yes I'm out shopping to get a couple good books." said Saffiyah as she faced the complete opposite of Fred. "Impressive as always, you're the first person since you last visited to get to me. So, what are we looking for today?" asked Fred as he put down the illusion and stared Saffiyah eye to eye. "Oh, I already found them," said Saffiyah, who started walking around and picked up five different books. Each with names that people would consider as basic books, however she put in some mana and dispelled the illusion. These books were White Dragon Ring, A book for mana cultivation; Thirteen Horns of Illusion, another book for cultivation; Mana Crescent, a magical technique book; Ethereal Recovery, a self-recovery book for mana and vitality; Star of Protection, A defense spell book.
"Quite the exotic and powerful magic books you have chosen, since you were the first person to come here in a while I'll only charge one white gold." Hearing this, Saffiyah handed over only 500 gold coins. "Aww, you really are good at solving illusions and puzzles. You and your sister are the best customers I have had" said the shopkeeper. "You should stay back for a cup of tea, Mrs. Saffiyah" Said Fred with his aura slowly being unleashed. "Thanks for the offer but maybe next time" Said Saffiyah who touched a return crystal hidden inside the pot of a mint plant. "Quick as always, good luck with your family" Said Fred as Saffiyah teleported back to the entrance where she came.
Saffiyah was glad with her finds but remembered the last time she and her sister didn't leave on time. Fred made them listen to a whole story of his adventures and the treasures he found. Forcing them to stay in the lobby for about a week with no break from listening to his story, only being able to eat cookies and tea. Taking her time back to her sister's house, Saffiyah stopped at multiple restaurants and food stands, getting a meal for her and her sister to catch up. Once she was done, she noticed a hidden door, being curious she entered and it led to a long hallway. "Yeah, no, nope" Saffiyah turned around and left, going straight to her sister's place and not stopping or glancing at anything on the way.
Safiyah's trip didn't take long, as she was about to knock her sister open the door, letting her inside. Placing down the food, groceries and giving the books she found to her sister. Saffiyah went to the couch to relax after two stressful situations happened. "So you went to Fred's shop, you should rest before we start our talk" Said Sera. Saffiyah joined Ash on the couch and slept.
