Chapter 3: A useless system (Currently)
"Don't think of doing anything funny you got that imposter," Yamcha said to Tendou.
"Even if Krillin trust you I am still keeping my eye on you." Yamcha continued.
That guy is really annoying. He has been talking about how he doesn't trust me for about half an hour already. I really want to punch him in the face. Tendou thought in his mind as he looked at Yamcha.
[It's twenty-four minutes to be precise. He has been talking about how he doesn't trust you for twenty-four minutes.] The grid said to Tendou.
The three were flying towards the place called Kami Lookout where the friends of Yamcha and Krillin are located.
After flying for a while they finally reached a giant platform that was in the geostationary orbit in the sky of the Earth.
Tendou immediately noticed that the people who were standing on the giant platform were looking directly at him.
Those include a muscular man with three eyes(Tien), a small boy who looked like a Chinese ghost(Chaiotzu), a fat man who was carrying a katana(Yajirobe), a blue flying cat-like thing(Paur), a green-skinned old man(Kami) and a short fat dark-skin man(Mr Popo).
Those should be Tien, Chaiotzu, Yajirobe, Paur, Kami and Mr Popo. Gohan and Piccolo might be training elsewhere since I can't see them. Tendou thought in his mind.
"Is that Son?" Tien said in shock when he saw Tendou.
"No. He said he is a low-class Saiyan warrior called Tendou." Krillin answered.
"Apparently what he said is that sometimes there is a chance that low-class Saiyans can look like each other even without sharing any kind of blood relation," Yamcha said to Tien.
"So that Raditz guy was not bluffing when he called Son weak," Tien said.
"Yeah. Kakarrot and I are fodders compared to someone like Nappa and Vegeta." Tendou confirmed Tien's words.
"The fact that someone as strong as Son Goku can be considered fodder is kind of scary considering how strong he was when he was young," Kami said in a dry tone.
Although he did not directly express it Tendou can feel the fear that he is having right now.
The other's expressions however are much easier to read compared to Kami.
"It should be fine. All of us got much stronger now." Krillin said to cheer everybody up.
Tendou wanted to say that they would still die if they went against Vegeta with the power they currently possess but he decided not to.
"So what are you going to do with me now? I am not on board with the two Saiyans that are coming to Earth nor do I have any ulterior motives against the residents of this planet. I would gladly leave this planet without causing any trouble for you if you are able to get me a spaceship that could send me to a planet like Namek or Yadrat." Tendou said as he slightly raised two of his hands.
He didn't want to stay on earth and help Krillin and the others confront the two Saiyans.
His power level is lower than Yamcha, Krillin and Tien. Two out of the three people who are stronger than him two of them are going to die in the upcoming battle against the Saiyans.
So for him, trying to get away from the upcoming conflict is the best choice for his survival.
"No." Kami directly rejected Tendou's offer.
"I am grateful that you don't want to harm the earth however currently we are in no position to solve your problems," Kami explained.
"We might be able to ask Bulma for help if we manage to survive the upcoming battle," Krillin said to Tendou.
"You can stay here if you don't have anywhere to go. But we won't be able to help you until our current crisis is over." Kami explained.

In one of the rooms that was located on the giant platform.
"I can't believe they rejected my offer," Tendou said as he lay on the bed that was inside the room.
[All of them are busy with the upcoming Saiyan invasion already. There is no way that they are going to allocate their resources and manpower to send you away. Especially with how weak your current state is. The fact that they are letting you stay as a good-for-nothing freeloader is already a very generous action.] The grid system notified him.
"Fuck you." Tendou let out a curse word but he already knew that letting him stay here was already a big favour.
"Well then I have to increase my power level as fast as possible if I want to survive," Tendou said as he got up from the bed.
He knew that Son Goku would eventually save the day when the time arrived but he was scared of some sort of butterfly effect that might be created because of his presence.
"Now what can I do to increase my power level?" Tendou thought.
Should I try asking for permission to go into the hyperbolic time chamber? Tendou thought in his mind.
This thing is so freaking useless. Isn't this the time for you to give me the option of letting me train in a virtual space that is similar to the hyperbolic time chamber? Tendou thought as he looked at his wrist that had the grid system attached to it.
[The Hyperbolic time chamber, Gravity Room and the time machine are only accessible after reaching the system version (v0.3), (0.4) and (v0.9). The current system version is (v0.1). Therefore those options are unavailable.]
"Wait. Those options are available when the system reaches a specific version. Tell me how do I update the system." Tendou asked enthusiastically.
[The information about how to update the system is a secret that the user has to discover himself. Each update method is different from each other.] The system replied.
"…." Tendou was seriously stunned by the system's reply. He didn't think that the system that he had to rely upon was going to be this useless.
