After realizing that Lucien wasn't here for a talk, he stopped trying to be polite and went straight to the point. 

"Let me be clear, Mr. LeBlanc. I'm here for a business talk with you because of my wife's recommendation. I do not desperately need to sign a contract with you," Sebastian said. "But, if you are willing to ditch the mushy part of your brain and start talking about money, then we may work together. I'm sure you already know Goldmine Realty."

Lucien scoffed. He crossed his arms again and responded, "Then, let me be clear as well. I'm here to meet with Winter, not a cheap replacement for Aiden Kirk."

"And for what? Are you trying to flirt with her in hopes of dating her?"

"Isn't that obvious enough?"

"Man, you're in your forties!"
