Chapter 130: Just The Two Of Us

My mind flashed to the note passed under the door yesterday and it all started to make sense to me.

When I asked Vasily who Zorislav was, I found out that he was Alessander's uncle, posing as Cain to me. And then it all started to add up and make fucking sense.

"But, why would he run his mouth off to your grandfather instead of trying to blackmail Alessander himself?" I asked, wondering what sort of game he was trying to play here.

"He's a traitorous leech, he didn't bat an eye when he betrayed his nephew, so I'm not surprised that he suckered up to grandfather." Vasily explained.

Betrayed his nephew? What the hell does that mean?

Before I could ask, Vasily turned to me and said, "What did grandfather say? Tell me!" He demanded with a crazed look in his eye.

"He didn't say anything, Alessander left before they could make a decent conversation." At least, that was how it seemed like to me.
