Chapter 93: Suspicions & Certainties

It took Alessander over two hours to clean the blood off the insides of his car. As for Hailey's body, he burnt her corpse to ashes behind his cabin, and then he flushed her ashes down the toilet.

Even after he spent over the entire night disposing of her, he still decided to drive back to his apartment building.

He marched into the house, half expecting to see Rowan still sitting on the dining table. Thankfully, he wasn't just sitting there, he had his head on the table, asleep.

"Hey, wake up. You'll fall sick sleeping like this." He said, tapping on Rowan's shoulders. But the man did not move an inch.

Alessander discreetly sniffed himself one last time, before he reached to carry Rowan upstairs. He had taken two deep baths to get the smell of blood and ashes off him.

He thought, noticing how much thinner Rowan had gotten.
