Chapter 106: Calling A Horde

"I don't need control, I just need more power." Lucius said in a deep, inhumane tone.

His hands reached for the xenosteel chain, and he grabbed it, coating his body in another steel armor to hide his darkening skin.

Lucius was determined to gain these two's abilities, even if it meant gobbling down their corpses whole and leaving nothing behind.

Strangely, Liam and Tala were not afraid. Their calm reaction to Lucius's madness was a sign that they had experienced life-and-death situations enough times not to fear death anymore.

"If you plan to kill us, be willing to put your life on the line!" Liam sneered as his eyes let out a blue glow and immense.

At the same time, Tala's eyes let out a fierce glow and she inhaled deeply.
