Chapter 188: Blood Is Life

"What even are you?", Marcos asked, dropping down towards Goliath. 

He received no response other than other grunt. He had been curious about it since the first time Goliath appeared. He was in no way shape or form the typical demon and he wasn't even on the level of size that big fella was on. He was somewhere in between. 

However, Goliath appeared to have absolutely 0 sense for his surroundings. Even now, with Marcos right in front of him, Goliath lumbered forward, crashing into rocks, snapping branches and cutting himself on hardened snow. It was as if he was nothing but an object passing through the world and expecting everything to move out of his way. 

Marcos raised his hand the mana raced towards his finger tips. 4 small darts made of blood formed in the air and shot towards Goliath. 

Each one effortlessly bounced off.
