Chapter 71: The Missing Years

"CHIEFTAIN!", A young male called out, frantically sprinting across the snow with a touch so light, he didn't even leave tracks behind him. 

"What is it, child?", an older male called out from atop a tree, his figure barely visible. The only feature visible, was a long bushy tail painted white with streaks of deep and light blue scattered throughout the fur. 

The younger male, who was no more than 5'4 and had a similar tail looked upwards, the pair of wolf ears perched atop his head wiggled as the cold breeze pushed past them and the two fangs jutting from his mouth flared, confirming his race.

Contrary to what Milo believed to have happened, during the time where he was deceased, the world itself had undergone a mass cleansing. It could be said that the higher powers at play wanted to immediately cleanse the world of anything to do with the Azure Dragon.
