At the Gremory Household.
Zeotiucs was in his own office reading some documents regarding his territory before suddenly a small crimson magic circle with the Gremory mark appeared, making him narrow his eyes as he looked at it.
And in the next moment, a letter appeared with no name on it, but Zeotiucs knew where this letter came from.
'What is it now? Did something happen? Usually no one would send me a letter through the magic circle unless something happened.' He was suspicious.
So he decided to open the letter and read its contents.
He took it and opened it before starting to read it. And after some seconds, he finished reading and had a serious expression on his face.
The content of the letter was simple. One of their spies that was watching Grayfia disappeared without a trace, making them unable to find what had happened to him or what being he encountered.
But Zeotiucs was still relieved as from the letter, he knew where Rias was because the place where the spy disappeared was near a big mansion that he suspected that Rias was living there as according to what he received, the spy detected Grayfia walking through the gates of that mansion making her chances of Rias being there quite high.
During the past years he felt that there was something suspicious with his wife and daughter. Suddenly one day his daughter disappeared and didn't know where, and when he asked his wife she told him that she was training in a hidden place so no one could disturb her.
At first he laughed at it and shrugged it off as he didn't believe that his daughter could get stronger, although she had the power of destruction, but she can't control it and there is no one can help her to train it. His son can't because of his position and no one from his wife's family will be willing to do it because of their pride.
Zeotiucs was arrogant and greedy person, his greed for power and authority knew no bounds. He wanted everything to be under his hand, he wanted to control everything and to do that he is willing to sacrifice anything even if it was his daughter.
And because of that, she didn't realize that there was something wrong until he didn't see Rias for 2 years.
And for instance, he didn't search for her during that time because he was busy with his organization and territory along with secret meetings with Lord Phenex and another third party.
So yeah, he didn't search for her in those two years because of that.
And when he decided to look for his daughter to see her development, body development I mean, he couldn't find her. (I think you all know why he meant body development as it was somehow indirectly explained in past chapters)
Even after he searched the whole mansion, he couldn't find her. And when he asked some of his spies about her whereabouts they told him that they didn't see her as well and that for two years to add.
Which made Zeotiucs so angry and suspicious. For the first time in his life he felt defeated as he couldn't find what he wanted.
At that time, he decided to ask his wife AGAIN about her but she told him the same, she was training.
But then he told her that she was missing for a long time, maybe she was kidnapped and he didn't know?
If that was the case, he would immediately launch some forces to search for her immediately.
But she told him that a teacher took her as his student to train her and told her that her daughter would be training for some years before going back.
Zeotiucs immediately became so angry and his blood boiled that he wanted to tear his wife into pieces because she did this without consulting or talking to him first.
Which hurt his pride as a man because he believed that as woman that BELONG to him, she should return back to him whenever she was going to make a decision. It felt like he was useless.
Which was true tho, in my opinion as an author of this novel.
Anyway, Zeotiucs began to be suspicious of his wife from that day and assigned some spies to watch her and report him her movements and all places she was going to and what she was doing.
And at the same time, sent some of his shadows to look for Rias in the entire underworld and human realm and years passed but they couldn't find her until he noticed that recently Grayfia was behaving strangely too.
She would disappear at noon and return at night which made him doubt her and after some musing and thinking, he formed a hypothesis but wanted to make sure it was right, so he secretly sent one of his powerful spies that specialize at lurking and spying so she wouldn't be able to detect him.
And the time passed till today when he received the disappearance or in other words the death of his subordinate and spy.
And knowing where he disappeared, he now was sure where Rias was.
But there was something making him not moving immediately..
"Just who is owner of that mansion? Is he someone strong or just a normal human?" He asked himself as from the information he got from the letter, the place where his spy disappeared was so close to a big mansion with some huge gates. But he doesn't know whether the owner of that mansion was just a normal human or someone strong from the supernatural world. If that was true, then he must move carefully so to not make a big fuss and his plans get disclosed.
"I need to investigate this real quick." He muttered with narrowed gaze while looking at the letter once again.

At the same time with Daniel.
'No, you won't get that chance Zeotiucs, I will never allow any being get close to my mansion and threaten my family. This is my red line.' Daniel muttered inwardly coldly as he witnessed everything at Zeotiucs's side.
His shadow that was attached to Zeotiucs's shadow reported him everything that that fucker did even if it was small like drinking tea. Every detail was reported to Daniel.
So he knew what he did during all these years. Even at the time when he was angry that he wanted to tear Venelana to shreds, his shadow that was in hers was ready to come out and kill him on the spot. After all, she still had a deal to keep with him.
But it seems that that old bastard was smarter than he looked as he controlled himself well.
Daniel also knew that Zeotiucs along with Lord Phenex had some connections with the Old Satan Faction. Both always met one very old devil called Rizevim Livan Lucifer. He is the leader of the Old Satan Faction.
In their secret meetings they discussed some plans to weaken the power and authority of the current four kings by spreading some bad rumors about them like they were using the people for their own benefits or by making the prices of goods in the market to skyrocket by monopolizing it and many more.
And at the same time, they planned to kill the four kings by creating some tools or devices to seal their devil power, after all the four kings were more powerful than them. But this plan still need some time to be completed as it still in the development stage.
Daniel got all of this through his shadows that he sent to the underworld to gather information for him.
'You already made a move when you sent your spy to spy on Grayfia to know where Rias is, and I won't let a bug like you exist in this world, but I still need you to do some things for me, so a mind control could be useful.' Daniel thought as finished bathing and was wearing his clothes. He won't ever let someone to threaten his loved ones or his family, but he can't kill him at the moment because if he did that, the Old Satan Faction will be suspicious and be more discreet which will be a pain in the ass.
Although he doesn't have anything to do with the Old Satan Faction, but Rias was a devil and the sister of the current Lucifer, so she is already a part of their plans, they may even plan to kidnap her to threaten Sirzechs. Rias was already someone important to him as a teacher who taught her everything she needed to know to get stronger. A master-disciple relationship is like a father and daughter relationship to Daniel. Both have strong connections.
He already heard what Grayfia said and confirmed it with his shadow that was there in the underworld with Zeotiucs. It was regrading how the red haired old man was suspicious of her and her lady and from his expression, he may do something to harm her lady and Rias.
After all Zeotiucs cannot let Rias go out of his hand because she was a tool a help him achieve benefits with the phenex family.
Rias was for making a deal with the Phenex household to get big amounts of Phoenix tears that he could use and make a lesser version of it in huge quantities to hit the market and monopolize it.
So yeah, it was just a deal to get the phoenix tears not to establish a relationship with them.
Pure blood offspring?
He didn't even care about such thing, after all his ambitions are far greater than something like that.
Zeotiucs wanted domination, he will use every method whether legal or illegal to achieve his long lasting dream.
The Old Satan Faction was just a way to help him to achieve it.
Daniel wore some comfortable clothes before going to the dinning table to have dinner with his two wives, Grayfia, Rias and Akeno. Although he didn't have to eat because of his powers, he still enjoyed that with his family. It gave him some time to relax from all this shit around him.
"Let's eat." Daniel said softly before all women around the table began eating and conversing from time to time making more merry and joyful as the sounds of laughter sounded in the room.
Daniel really enjoyed this time of the day where his family sit like that and enjoy conversing and laughing.
Lily noticed that smile on her husband and smiled sweetly at that.
'I can't help but fall for him even more~' She said inwardly before joining the fun.
Shuri noticed that smile too and that made her look at him in a daze with flushed cheeks.
She immediately snapped out once she heard the sound of laughter around her, so she looked down hiding her expression that was adorned with a wide sweet smile and flushed cheeks and eyes filled that looked like two black holes.
'I can't hold it for much longer, Ahh~'

A/N: Here is the chapter I told you about, I started writing it yesterday and the plan was to publish it at the same day but I found it still lacking some things, so I decided to leave it for today to complete it.
In this chapter you will find the real motives behind Zeotiucs's actions, beside why Daniel decided to get involved with the devils' matters.
