TAKE ME WHEREVER YOU GO!

The next morning, when Lia woke up rubbing her eyes, she saw Zeva sitting in front of the mirror, wearing a pretty white floral dress that reached her mid thighs, with white stockings. And there, she was putting on her makeup.

Lia forcefully blinked and rubbed her eyes to wave away the sleep. She then glanced at the clock, and saw that it was still early. She means, the world should get up to work by now. But since, she and Zeva were free, they both used to wake up when the sun is almost at his mid way up the sky, since the last two days.

"Is someone coming? Why are you getting so early in the morning?" Lia asked in confusion. Zeva turned to look at the little girl, as she smacked her lips together, before putting back the lid of the lipstick and keeping it away. She said with a happy smile, "Didn't I tell you last night, that I got selected for the admission in Greendale University? The admission starts today, so I don't want to delay and get it done. Then, of course, the scholarship process may take time too. I don't want any dilly delaying."

"Oh! That's right!" Lia at once jumped down the bed. There was a towel nearby, and she grabbed it and rushing towards the bathroom, she said, "You should have woken me up sooner, isn't it? Let me take a bath too!"

Zeva blinked and said, "Will you be going too?" Hearing her question, Lia stopped in her tracks, and turned to look at Zeva with squinted eyes and said, "Why? Will you not take me with you?"

Zeva shrugged and said, "I was just going for an admission? I though what would you do there. After all, it is big people's place, not a park to play for you little kids."

The next moment, Lia's face turned black. She turned her body towards Zeva and pointed her finger at her, and said with a bossy tone, "Hey, Miss Girl! Watch what you are speaking, alright! What do you mean by I am just a kid, enough to be going parks only! You humans don't match with us, okay!

I might be small according to age and body, but my intelligence is on par with you, alright!

And the other and the most vital thing. I am your system, who is in charge of managing the program. And you might get tasks at anywhere and anytime of the day. And given your poor state of smartness, I can't trust you with understanding it all by yourself. So, as your system, you have to have me around you whenever possible." Lia preched.

Then, the next second, she opened her eyes, and looked at Zeva sharply and said, "And yes! Where do you think your conscience is? To leave a little baby alone at home, by her own self! Do you not have manners?"

Zeva listened to her all very patiently, and then chuckled. She looked at her teasingly, and said, "Okay, I understand. So, your main concern is that you are afraid to stay at home by your own self, isn't it? You could have just said that."

Lia's face turned slightly red in embarrassment as if caught red handed doing something. She puffed her cheeks, and turned defensive, "W- what do you mean! I- It's nothing like t-that, alright! I- I"

Zeva giggled looking at the little girl, and shook her head. She said, "Oh, my! I was just joking! Of course, I would you with me too! How could I afford to leave a baby at home all by herself?" Zeva teased her cheekily. She laughed and then continued, "Anyways, I did not wake you up because you were sleeping so soundly and I did not want to disturb you. After all, though you may have intelligence on par with me, but you are still a baby. And your little body needs a lot of sleep.

I was about to wake you up now. But good that you are already. Now, go, go! Get a shower."

Lia's eyes brightened on hearing this, and she rushed towards the bathroom, dragging the towel along with her.

When she went in, Zeva looked at the closed door, of course which wasn't locked from inside, and said out loudly, "If you need any help with the bath, then call me!"

"No need! I can do everything by myself!" Came Lia's slightly echoed voice from inside.

"Your shampoo is on the lower rack!" Zeva said again.

"Okay!"

Zeva smirked as she shook her head and thought, 'yes, yes, as usual.' But she also knew that the little girl who was all shy during her bath, would be coming to her for getting ready. And she chuckled and went back on putting on the makeup.

Soon enough, Little Lia came out of the bathroom clad in a towel messily. Half of the towel around her small body, and half sweeping the floor. Water dripping down her hairs, and face, as she came up to Zeva and said, "I am done. Now get me ready fast, fast!"
