Rylan's voice boomed with disbelief, shattering the tense silence. "Number Five, the strongest human alive?! Here?"

Maya winced internally. This wasn't exactly the discreet entrance she'd envisioned. "Rylan, let's get inside first, We can explain everything once we're out of earshot."

Rylan, clearly still processing the revelation, ran a hand through his hair. He took a deep breath, seemingly composing himself. Stepping aside slightly, he cleared his throat.

"Ahem, alright, Come in, come in. We can't exactly have this conversation on the doorstep. Besides, the neighbors might get suspicious if a notorious tomb guardian and the strongest human alive are spotted hanging around my doorstep."

He gestured them inside, the awkwardness hanging heavy in the air. Alex followed Maya through the doorway.
