Chapter 26: Chapter 23
-I changed Bianca's age to 13 about to go 14 after this quest. Because I just didn't see why would Zoe bring a 12 year old on a certain death quest after they just became a hunter. Along side other reasons too.-
When I flew around the junk yard, I saw multiple mountains of junk that resembled toes. Besides that, the junk seemed to be endless but I soon saw a town.
It was a simple town. I saw maybe 20-30 houses and saw about 5 cars there. It looked like a ghost town so I flew down to assure that no one was present in the town.
I landed down at the entrance of the town. I could have sworn I saw a tumble weed fly across the road like a old west movie that Travis made me watch.
I breathed in a deep breath. I learned that I could pick up on monster's scent awhile back. I could pick up on a couple of monsters that were in or near the ghost town. I tried to see if there were any humans that were also in the town but sadly since there's monsters in here, they probably got eaten by them or they left.
I began to walk towards one of the monsters. A snake women or something. I didn't know their exact name but they were quite common among Luke's men. I widely grinned.
Step by step, I approached the monster who hadn't noticed me yet. They were in a bar chatting with another snake women. I located where they would be then hopped up onto the roof.
I walked to a certain spot, and I jumped. Like a hot knife to butter, I crashed through the roof and crashed down onto one of the monsters.
"WHA-" I cut off the second's monsters sentence by gripping her throat and lifting her into the air.
"Let's start with a simple question." I began but shifted my face into the same devilish face that I wore when killing demigods in Luke's army. "You be smart to answer before I make it so when you reform, it will be centuries later." I spat with venom.
I felt them shiver and they opened their mouth to breathe or speak, didn't know which. I loosened my grip to allow them to breathe and answer my questions.
"Let's start with names. What is your name." I asked and the snake woman looked at me with fear then confusion.
"Hisara."
"Good, now who is the general." I tighten my grip for a few seconds before loosening it.
" I can't-" I push my other hand into her gut and grip her kidney. I crush it and she moved around in pain since she couldn't scream.
"77 more organs that I can crush, burn, and cut until you speak. So either I start or you answer." I ask again while slowly burning the wound to cauterize it. Don't want my information pig to bleed out for now.
"Atlas! It's atlas." She said in a hurry and in pain.
"Good, now where are they located." I saw the fear in her eyes...

'Turns out there 81 organs in their body.' I thought after walking out of the bar. She ended up not telling me where they were, no matter what I did to her.
I look at the sun for an estimate on how long I tortured her for information. And based on the sun's location I can assume that it has been 30 minutes.
I began to walk down the highway. The long highway that was connected to the junkyard seemed to be endless as I walked down it.
I resorted to a jog after walking began to get boring. I jogged for about 30 minutes and built a nice sweat due to the heat.
I spotted my friends at the edge of the highway that was at the end of the junk yard. I quickened my pace and I got near them in about 10 seconds.
"Yo!" I called out and they turned to face me. Percy dabbed me up and they told me that they didn't find much of anything and that it seemed too easy.
I couldn't help but agree more.
"I found out who the general is." I said and Zoe eyes widen to the size of grape fruits. And I could have sworn that she shook.
"Ah that's great!" Percy said. "So who is it??"
"The general is Atlas-" I was cut off as a massive rumbling sounded out. I looked behind us and the mountain of junk began to rise. It was as if a giant was under a blanket and it stood up. The scarp fell to reveal a iron giant. I heard creaks coming from the giant as if it hasn't moved in years.
It wore Greek armor and it looked rusted. Even through the giant was rusted, I didn't doubt for a second that it would be a difficult fight to win if we come to fighting.
"Talos!" Zoe gasped. the giant seemed to gleam that it was recognized.
"Wait, who's Talos?" Percy asked.
"One of Hephaestus's creations," Thalia said. "But that can't be the original. It's too small. A prototype, maybe. A defective model."
The gleam was gone in all but a word. The giant seemed to angered that it was called "defective."
He moved one hand to his sword belt and drew his weapon. The sound of it coming out of its sheath was horrible, metal screeching against metal. The blade was a hundred feet long, easy. It looked rusty and dull, but I didn't figure that mattered. Getting hit with that thing would be like getting hit with a battleship.
"Someone took something," Zoe said. "Who took something?"
She looked at Percy with hatred but Percy didn't like that.
"I'm a lot of things, but I'm not a thief." Percy said to his defense.
Talos took one step toward us, closing half the distance and making the ground shake. And I began to jump back before it could crush us.
"RUN!" I shouted as everyone followed my lead by running away before they could get crushed by the giant Talos.
Thalia drew her shield and held it up as she ran down the highway.
Talos seemed to target her because she called him defective, so he swung his sword. He swung his sword and took out a row of power lines, which exploded in sparks and scattered across Thalia's path.
Zoe's arrows whistled toward the creature's face but shattered harmlessly against the metal. Grover brayed like a baby goat and went climbing up a mountain of metal.
Percy and Bianca took cover behind a truck that was parked on the highway. I blasted flames at the giant which seemed to hurt it as its attention focused on me.
It took a step, crushing the car that Percy and Bianca was behind.
Luckily they managed to escape before it could crush them. "Hey, Talos!" Grover yelled, but the monster raised his sword, looking down at Bianca and Percy.
Grover began to play some music as the downed power lines began to dance. Some of the lines wrapped around Talos legs and back causing the giant's attention to be on Grover as it turned around.
Talos plunged his sword into a junk mound but he missed Grover. Grover ran like a bat out of hell. But he couldn't avoid the avalanche of junk on him.
Finally taking control of my body, I rushed towards the 120 feet titan.
"TALOS!!" I jumped as I extended my wings and began to blast volleys of fire, enhanced by winds at Talos. Which caused Talos's armor to burn and the gears creak.
Talos swung his sword at me sideways. I flew up, avoiding being cut in half. Despite being a giant like he was, Talos was unnaturally quick with the sword but he walked slow.
Talos suddenly fell onto one knee as Thaila had sent a lighting bolt at its knee. Taking advantage of this, I released a sea of flames onto the giant. Causing the iron to melt.
An arrow shot at the giant's nose. "MAKE IT RAISE ITS FOOT!" Zoe yelled at me. I could barley hear it due to being so high up in the air.
I put trust into Zoe words as I willed all the wind that I could to lift Talos. Blood began to flow from my eyes as I struggled to lift the trillion ton giant.
Talos sword was so close in cutting me into two, but then it stopped. Talos cocked his head to one side, like he was hearing strange new music. He started moving his arms and legs in weird ways, doing the Funky Chicken. Then he made a fist and punched himself in the face.
I was beyond confused but then Percy's voice rang out. "GET BIANCA OUT OF THERE!" I realized that Bianca must of got to the head and was controlling it.
The giant hit itself in the head again and dropped his sword. A shudder ran through his whole body and he staggered toward the power lines.
I flew as fast as I could, removing the air pressure and gaining speed quickly. I crash onto the giants head and burn a way in.
I could see Bianca at a control panel pressing random buttons. She was shaking as the giant rocked side of side.
"BIANCA!" I shouted and held my arm out. The floor of the giants head fell and Bianca fell.
I launched myself to Bianca and grabbed onto her.
"YOU'RE NOT DYING HERE!" I shout and began to fly through metal junk falling. The objects suddenly fell faster, as if time sped up.
I tried to dodge but I was frozen in time.' No no no no no not now!' I tried to force myself to move. I barley moved an inch but I could sense the shock of Kronos.
I suddenly felt pain enter my body. I turned around to see a scorpion tail poking my back. I felt strength leave my body.
I look down at Bianca who shared a look of horror with me. Metal began to bend as it swatted away the scorpion.
"I am sorry Atem. Save yourself and please help Nico." Bianca said as I suddenly felt pain. Bianca had stabbed me in the arm. Feeling time slowly beginning to stop freezing me.
"Praise Gea." Kronos's cold voice entered my mind. "Without her you might have taken her alive but I can't let her live. She is 13, 3 years away from the prophesy. 3 years too many for my liking. But you're also a pain. So decided. Live and die later, or die with her." Kronos's laugher echoed as I dived down to save her.
I could hear a women's laugh echo in my ear as it grew louder as I flew down. I flew faster than I ever had flown before, yet it was as if someone was holding me back.
"TYPHON GIVE ME STRENGTH!" I shout, drawing out all my rage and wrath to call out my father, the king of monsters.
"RAAAAAAA." I scream but then I hear the massive voice in my dream. "ARISE AND SLAUGHTER." It seemed to give me strength that I never felt before.
A metal plate fell in-between me and Bianca, and I punched. I punched with all my might. "RAAAA!"
As soon as I touched the metal plate, it burned to dust. Metal all around me began to melt as Bianca stared at me.
She didn't burn, in fact it seemed to pull her closer to my arms. I reached my arm farther and grabbed Bianca's hand, pulling her onto me.
I turned us around so that I would take the brunt of the fall. 20 feet away from the ground, I knew that kronos was right.
But fuck him.
I pull out the potion that Apollo had given me. And gave it to Bianca who looked at me questionly.
"Be there for everyone for me, will ya?" I push the potion inside of Bianca's mouth as,
"CRASH!"
Everything went black....
That's the end of the line I guess...
I'm dead.

Hellos, I got some changes I like to address. 1. Atem's grandmother is now his great grandmother.
2. Bianca is older than the original. I actually thought she was like 14 or 13 not 12. So I changed that.
