Chapter 10: 10.Team Flare (2/2)

Sometimes it takes a different approach to get the message across.

When words don't work, use force.

Use your goddamn fists - or in Andre's case, paws - and pound your intentions into their heads.

His Citrakayah DNA activated and his energy pulsed. His reactions were at an incredible level, and after the girl shouted a command to her Pokémon, he had to stop himself from ending this battle too quickly. He needed to practice like he used to, and this cat and dog would make good punching bags. When he was done with them, he would move on to the two clowns.

The purple cat, Liepard, lunged at him, closing the distance as fast as she could. She opened her mouth wide in preparation for the bite.

Liepard's charge was swift, her movements almost a blur for human eye as she aimed to sink her fangs into Raichu's flesh and end the battle with one lethal bite. The Liepard's speed was remarkable, it was definitely some move, which name he don't know

But Andre was not to be outdone. With the Citrakayah's power coursing through him, Raichu became a blur of motion, his movements surpassing even the rapid pace of his opponent.

Liepard's jaws snapped shut inches from Raichu's side, but with lightning reflexes, he pivoted on his foot, shifting his weight just enough to evade the deadly bite. His body moved with fluid grace.

As Liepard's attack missed its mark, Raichu wasted no time in retaliating. With a swift motion, he raised his paw, clenched into a fist crackling with electric energy. In one fluid movement, he launched a powerful punch aimed at Liepard's head, the force of the blow sending shockwaves through the air.

But Raichu wasn't done yet. After Liepard little recoiled from the initial strike, Raichu followed up with a lightning-fast uppercut, his fist meeting her jaw with bone-jarring force.

*POW*

The impact sent Liepard hurtling through the air, her body spinning before crashing to the ground with a resounding thud.

Without realizing it, Andre was using the "Thunder Punch. "

It didn't take long to get a reaction.

A female agent yelled, "WHAT?! How is he so fast?! Did you see that? " She turned to her partner, who was watching with the same expression.

Wild Pokémon are known to fight at will don't following any rule, but this move was unexpected. No, it wasn't like it used Thunder Punch and dodged in a very unusual way. It JUST took a step to the side, dodging like a martial artist, and just like that, it spent two punches and finished with an uppercut.

Wild Pokémon didn't usually have such finesse in their movements, so maybe this Raichu belonged to someone, which would explain the thing on its belly. But it was too late to back down now. So she barked at her partner. "Why are you standing there like a statue, let Mightyena attack, screw this 1v1 crap! " and yelled at her Pokémon, "And you, Lieapard, get up, don't embarrass Team Flare! "

second Agent gritted his teeth in frustration. With a wave of his hand, he commanded his Mightyena into action, his voice sharp with determination.

"Mightyena, use Bite!" he barked, echoing the order given by First Agent moments before.

But as the Mightyena charged forward, jaws agape, Liepard's trainer erupted in anger. She turned to her partner with a furious glare, her voice cutting through the chaos of battle.

"Why use the same move!" she shouted, frustration evident in her tone. "We need to strategize, not just rely on brute force!"

Mightyena seized the opportunity to strike. With jaws aimed for Raichu's flank, the dark Pokémon lunged forward, ready to sink its fangs into its opponent.

But just as before, Raichu's agility proved unmatched. With a graceful sidestep, he narrowly avoided the incoming attack, his movements fluid and precise. Without resorting to frantic jumps or sudden shifts, Raichu effortlessly dodged Mightyena's bite, leaving the dark Pokémon snapping at thin air.

Undeterred by the initial failure, Mightyena lunged once more, jaws snapping shut with ferocious intent. Yet again, Raichu danced around the attack.

With each failed attempt, Raichu grew more determined. Sensing an opening, he took matters into his own paws, quite literally. With a surge of power, he locked both paws together, channeling his strength into one powerful thrust aimed directly at Mightyena's jaw.

The impact was thunderous, sending shockwaves rippling through the air as Mightyena was sent staggering backward, dazed and disoriented. As the dust settled, Raichu stood tall, his resolve unshaken. It was a reminder to his opponents that while they may have underestimated him once, they would not make the same mistake again.

Damn, it was something else.

Surprised at what he was capable of, he threw the two Pokémon away as if nothing had happened. And he felt it, the energy that had been overflowing in that form from the beginning came out. It felt like he was holding a ball in his paws, or at least that's what it felt like when he was able to concentrate the electricity in his paw and deliver an uppercut. He threw the cat away, followed by the dog, and the two clowns bickered with each other.

He really hoped that wasn't all, because after that opening with the electric uppercut, he could finally feel the electricity. And he really couldn't wait to try and use it, and the best thing to do would be a simple directed electric shock.

But apparently the cat and dog wouldn't get up.

"I knocked them out... "

Apparently so, because the two of "Team Flare," as they called themselves, pulled out their "balls" and returned the Pokémon.

"Damn, I overdid it... " Citrakayah's DNA does amazing things. But this is even better. It's getting dark now, I have to figure out what to do next. "

He crossed his paws over his chest. And Beatrice was already running towards him.

With an audible chuckle, she ran out of hiding to meet him. But this was a bad idea.

The moment she jumped out, the male agent quickly pulled out a Pokéball and threw it at Beatrice. And Andre saw it, saw him reach for his belt as he pulled out the Pokéball. They were using what they had failed to do the first time. And he wasn't going to let it go.

With lightning speed, Andre bolted from his stand towards Beatrice, catching both her and the agents off guard with his sudden movement. Before anyone could react, he was by her side, a blur of determination. Neither Beatrice nor the agents could anticipate his swift arrival.

In a surprising twist, Andre snatched the Pokéball from the air with his paw, skillfully avoiding pressing the button. Beatrice looked at him in astonishment, her eyes wide with disbelief as she tried to comprehend how he had appeared beside her so quickly. He need to have an important conversation with her about this. But now, Andre turned his attention to the startled agents.

The male agent was left dumbfounded, clutching at his own hair in bewilderment, while the female agent recoiled in shock. With a gasp of disbelief, the male agent exclaimed, "What?!"

" It was a grave mistake," Andre declared firmly to the two agents, his voice carrying a tone of warning.

However, his words were met with nothing but a disdainful "Raichu..." as they glanced around, clearly unsettled by the unexpected turn of events.

Frowning in concentration, Andre took a moment to gather his electrical energy, tapping into his latent skills with precision. With a focused determination, he redirected the gathered electricity towards the agents, the air crackling with potential.

With a resounding boom, Andre unleashed Thunder, intentionally aiming wide of the two agents but close enough to instill fear. The sudden burst of energy was enough to send shockwaves through their resolve.

"Run!" the male agent bellowed, seizing the girl's arm and dragging her into the safety of the forest, their panicked footsteps echoing in the distance.

As they watched the agents retreat, Beatrice's excitement bubbled over, her words tumbling out in a rush before Andre could even react.

"You were incredible, Big A! You're like *POW* and *BOOM*' make them fly! Can I learn those moves as a Raichu? Can we start training now? Please, teach me!" she exclaimed, her eyes shining with eagerness as she mimicked his uppercut and double paw strike with playful enthusiasm.

Andre couldn't help but feel a mixture of pride and concern at her impulsive display. She was just a child, after all, and he knew he couldn't fault her for wanting to be brave. But her safety was paramount, especially in situations like these.

So he answered her as confidently as he could: "Beatrice, please, next time don't come out of hiding until I tell you to!"

Beatrice lowered her ears, realizing she was being scolded, and replied more guiltily, "Okay, Big A."

It was hard for him to look at that sad face. If they thought of Beatrice as their daughter, why shouldn't he take on the role of father? After all, he had always wanted a child.... So, to dispel the sadness, he replied with a smile as he stroked her head, "Not counting the electric fist, the way I move is called kickboxing. I learned it when I was young."

Beatrice cheered up a bit when she heard about his background and asked curiously: "Can you tell me more about it?"

"Of course!" he replied with a smile, his eyes twinkling mischievously.

He rubbed the top of her head playfully, then stood up to his full height and said cheerfully:

"But it better to move on. We'll return to the Poké Center, to talk to the kid, we'll get you some food and then we'll hit the road afterward.. We'll walk all night until we reach the next town."

She could sleep in his arms at night.

The night is the best time for silence. He has something to think about.

(A/N) I'm sorry if this chapter is lame, like really sorry... Was little tired. Also you might have noticed it, I'm not that good at writing Pokemon Battle, and maybe dialogues... But I will be better, I promise.
