"By the way, Betty, you don't need to come to the restaurant tomorrow." Chen Ze untied his headscarf and stretched languorously.

After chopping tentacles all day, he felt so exhausted he could barely lift his arms, and they would twitch involuntarily with each movement.

Betty's hands, busy washing dishes, clearly paused. She turned stiffly, her eyes brimming with tears, and looked at Chen Ze, "Manager... is it because I did something wrong..."

Chen Ze slapped his forehead, realizing his words might have seemed a bit ambiguous.

"No, no, Betty, calm down. I'm not trying to get rid of you. I have... something to do tomorrow, so the restaurant won't be open. You don't need to come in, just return the day after tomorrow," Chen Ze scratched his head, clarifying the situation.

"But when is the day after tomorrow?" Betty felt much relieved but asked another question.
