The professor's words rang through my ears... and through my soul. As she gazed into my eyes, I could feel the passion and pride she had poured into these weapons. It was as genuine as it could be, and now it was directed entirely at me.

Her expectations were at an all-time high.

Seeing such expectations coming from her... really put my nerves on edge. I was slowly turning into a nervous wreck as my vision blurred for a second. My heart was beating faster with each passing moment, and my breath became coarse.

I tried to steel my nerves and calm myself down... but it wasn't enough to completely erase the nervous feeling of her expectations pressing down on me.

I averted my eyes from her gaze and looked back at the assortment of weapons neatly displayed on the workshop table. They were all presented in their best condition, and I could almost feel the same passion and pride that had gone into their creation.
