Chapter 65: A Muse In His Feelings

I hold two pairs of cufflinks, a diamond and a gold one as I glance nervously at the side of the bed where Sasha is sleeping. I slip them into the pocket of my jacket that hangs in the closet. Sasha has so many cufflinks, that I doubt he will even notice that some are missing. I feel guilty for stealing from him, but I'm desperate. I have no choice.

I'm running out of time.

I don't see how Angelo will wait three weeks to tell Sasha about us. I have to get this baby out. I cannot go back to the streets pregnant. I can't survive out in the streets with this pregnancy. I've tried to do things Sasha's way, but I can't terminate the pregnancy with my anaemia acting up. It's even worse that Sasha knows my condition because he will never let me go through with the procedure in my state. I don't have that time or luxury.
