The second invasion III
(3rd Person POV)
Gremmy watched as the Hogyoku suddenly began to stir. It was as if it had come back to life after resting for a while. It began to suck in his Reiatsu and Gremmy allowed for that to happen. But he imagined something while the Hogyoku sucked his seemingly endless supply of Spirit energy. He imagined that the energy the Hogyoku absorbed was completely and utterly loyal to Gremmy. It was his Spirit Energy after all. So the more the Hogyoku absorbed, the more loyal it became. Gremmy was gradually overwriting its 'existence' with his own.
The body of Aizen turned into spirit particles and was absorbed by the Hogyoku as well, returning the power the Hogyoku had given him with interest. Gremmy observed the process with eagle eyes. He knew what was happening at all times and he allowed it to happen. He smiled. It was like finding your long-lost twin.
What went better together than he who can imagine anything and turn it into reality and the other who can make you more powerful as long as you have the capability to do so? The Hogyoku is the perfect tool for Gremmy. And that's what it is, a tool. Gremmy will not allow a voice or consciousness to exist inside his head ... even though he is only a brain, if we're being honest. However, that will now change. Using the Hogyoku, Gremmy will no longer just have to keep imagining his own body, the Hogyoku will give him a real one. A perfect one, following his wishes and thoughts.

After a while, the process was over. The Hogyoku had absorbed both Aizen and a lot of Gremmy's Spirit Energy, letting it undergo an evolution of sorts. It looked like it had a galaxy inside of it. Gremmy smiled ... the process was a success. He had taken over the consciousness and killed it. Now, he was the Hogyoku.
He closed his eyes and sat on the ground. Crossing his legs, he entered a meditative state. The Hogyoku floated in the air in front of him. Winds of Reishi began to blow around Gremmy and pick up more and more speed as the concentration rose.
Gremmy's body began to dissolve into Reishi particles. It looked like Master Oogway when he dissolved into Sakura petals. The process continued until only the brain remained. The brain had also transformed from the original look. It had gained many cerebral gyrus and it looked as if ... the brain had gotten ... ripped. It made no sense but the closest thing this might resemble is the Demon Brain from Yuujirou Hanma. But Gremmy's brain looked different. More refined and powerful.
The Hogyoku rose to Gremmy's brain. Slowly it approached the brain and then ... it broke through the membrane protecting the brain to enter it fully.
*WOOOOOOOOSSSSHHHHHHH*
The Reishi winds picked up even more as the fusion process started. Had this taken place anywhere else but the Muken, the surroundings would have been destroyed by the nigh cosmic proportions of Reishi circling Gremmy's brain.
And then ...
Like a black hole, the energy started to be sucked in. Right into the brain, causing it to pulsate and grow. It grew and compressed again, densifying the absorbed energy and purifying it.
...
After an hour or so, the process was coming to an end and the last bits of energy were absorbed.
*SHHHHOOOOoooo*
*POP*

The process was finished. Around the brain, a new body had formed. A perfect body. Free from all restraints added to him by the narrative. Gremmy had managed to free himself of all his chains. He already had absolute potential before, but now he has unlocked a hax which allowed him to advance further at a much faster pace compared to before.
However, Gremmy's goal was never to become powerful as fast as possible. He already was OP and now, he wanted to enjoy himself and grind on his own terms. The grind never stopped, but he didn't have to rush.
Gremmy stood up from the ground and looked at his body. Visually he still looked the same with the tattoos, ripped body and blonde hair. But his power had risen tremendously. Unlike what Aizen did, he had truly fused with the Hogyoku, they became one.

With one final look around the Muken, he disappears again and appears in the sky above the Seireitei. A comfortable lounge chair appears with a small TV screen. He presses the replay button and looks at what happened during his absence.

Bazz-B fought against Hitsugaya and Rangiku Matsumoto and won easily. Cang Du was about to finish off Hitsugaya but the former Captain of the 12th Division, Urahara managed to devise a way for the Shinigami to regain the stolen Bankai.
Urahara called them Shin'eiyaku, pills that briefly Hollowfy the user. The power of Hollows acted like poison to the Quincy and gave the Shinigami their Bankai back.
Hitsugaya then managed to quickly defeat Cang Du, ending the fight.

Captain of the 2nd Division, Soi Fon defeated BG9 after regaining her Bankai. An embarrassing end to the Sternritter K.

With her -The Explode- enhanced, Bambietta grievously injures Captain Shinji Hirako with an explosion.
Before Bambietta manages to kill Shinji and Momo Hinamori, Komamura stops her and deflects one of her attacks, only to have his gauntlet explode as Bambietta reveals her attacks turn whatever they hit into bombs.
Bambietta unleashes a torrent of Reishi, but Komamura, having been taught the Humanization Technique of his clan by his great-grandfather, survives the barrage and activates Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō: Dangai Jōe.
After surviving a direct attack from Bambietta, Komamura reveals that he is currently immortal and continues attacking Bambietta.
In the end, Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō slashes Bambietta, whose own Reishi blows up in her face, defeating her as well.

Mask De Masculine fights the Lieutenants of Squad 11 and Squad 9 and defeats them rather easily. He is then confronted by Captain Kensei and Captain Rose who both activate their Bankai to overpower Mask momentarily.
They are however surprised by Mask growing more powerful after getting cheered on by 'James, the fan'.
Mask nearly kills both Captains and is then finally confronted by Renji Abarai, who together with Rukia Kuchiki has returned from the Soul King Palace.
The fight between Renji and James could not have gone more one-sided. Renji Abarai, the Lieutenant of Squad 6 has gotten a tremendous power boost and manages to defeat the Quincy: Vollständig James with his true Bankai.

Rukia is confronted by Äs Nödt who uses her fears against her. He attacks her with his fear-inducing thorns which manage to hit Rukia, but don't affect her.
The Shinigami reveals that it is true, that one can't live without feeling fear, but that she has the perfect counter for that. Her power kills her momentarily.
Rukia reveals that she is technically dead because she has frozen her body's molecular movements with the temperature-manipulating power of Sode no Shirayuki, to absolute zero.
In a wonderful display of her Bankai: Hakka no Togame, Rukia completely freezes Äs Nödt and kills him. Her Bankai is truly a beauty to behold.¦¦
"Well, that was quite a sight to behold. Seeing it live would have been better. I might be able to do that, but eh, it doesn't matter. It is time for my act. My opening act. It will be glorious."

In a secret part of the Seireitei, Isane the Lieutenant of Squad 4 was helping the Shinigami who were injured. Suddenly Yachiru, the Lieutenant of Squad 11 came in, carrying something.
"Kote-chi~~ I found new soft things to sleep on! Oh, yeah! Those Quincy guys have got themselves some pretty nice places to sleep. You know that?"
"Shhhhhh! You're being too loud, Lieutenant Kusajihi!", Isane shushes Yachiru. They were hiding from the Quincies after all.
"I must apologise for asking you to take care of such a dangerous task..."
"Oh, that's fine! I was bored anyway 'cause Ken-chan still hasn't come back! Anyway, all I had to do was spot, look out for soft bedding and medicine and stuff, charge in and grab it. Then run away really fast! It wasn't dangerous at all!"
'She was just taking things like that this whole time ...? I'm amazed our hiding place hasn't been discovered yet ...'
"'I'm amazed ... our hiding place hasn't been discovered yet.' ... is what you were just thinking yes?", a new voice says.
Isane looks around, looking for the person who just spoke, but finds no one.
"Where are you looking? I'm right here."

"And oh, look you've lost of me aga-"
*Baaam*
Yachiru tries to punch the strange person who just appeared, but for some reason ... she doesn't manage to do that.
"Huh? That's weird ... I was sure my punch landed just now ... landed? Wait, what was I trying to hit ...?"
*BOOM*
Yachiru suddenly gets punched in the face from seemingly nowhere.
"Lieutenant Kusajishi!"
"Zaza ... zaa ... zaaa ... zaaa. did it look like you had hit me? But you can't. You can never hit me however hard you try.", the voice says again.
"I am 'V'. Gwenael the 'Vanishing Point'. My very existence will disappear from your sight ... from your minds ... vanishing completely."

"Huh? Lieutenant Kusajishi?! What happened to you? Your nose is bleeding!", Isane screams.
"I don't know."
"Zee ... zeezee ... quite right. Quite right. You don't know, do you?", the strange person appears again.
"Would you be one of the ... Sternritter?", Isane asks frightened.
"That's right, that's right. I don't know how many times I'm going to have to say this before we're done ... but let me just say, that it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance.
I am Sternritter 'V' ... Gwenael Lee the 'Vanishing Point'.
And I'm afraid ... you will not be able ... to see ... or even ... remember my ... existence.", Gwenael Lee says and vanishes again.
...
Yachiru tries to punch Gwenael Lee again but without luck.
There were three separate versions to Gwenael's power.
Version 1 causes his 'appearance' to vanish. Version 2 causes his very 'existence' to vanish. When he uses that power, it causes him to disappear and his existence is no longer in the place it was just before.
So Yachiru was left with nothing but the illusion of having 'punched' Gwenael's afterimage left in her vision.
Finally, there was Version 3. In version 3, Gwenael's existence vanishes even from within the minds of others, making them forget he even existed.

*BOOM*
A big chunk of Gwenael's shoulder suddenly disappeared.

"Wha- ... the... this can't be...", Gwenael stutters as he looks at his bloody shoulder.
"You are far too dramatic Gwenael. I told you already ... you need to tone it down.", the voice of another person was suddenly heard.
Isane looks back and sees Gremmy sitting inside the healing barrier she had created for the two Captains Rose and Kensei.
"Oh no ... Gremmy ... is this really the end for me ...? I ... I worked hard didn't I ...?"
"Eh, not really. Honestly, I expected more for ... a 'figment of my imagination'. You wasted precious time playing around instead of just killing these two. The Shinigami is so weak and the Zanpakuto could have been taken care of so quickly too. But you had to waste time and act all arrogantly with the embarrassing amount of power that you have ... embarrassing."
"GREMMY!!!", Gwenael screams and attacks Gremmy.
"You know, I created you as a joke ...", Gremmy says.
*BAAAAMMM*
*SPLAAT*
The word 'Punchline' appeared in the air and smashed into Gwenael, causing him to be smashed to bloody mist.
"Who exactly are you ...? Might I ask you to move aside...?", Isane asks. She is shaking in fear right now.
"Oh are you worried about these Captains here?", Gremmy asks.
"JUST MOVE!"
"There's nothing to worry about. They were already dead when I arrived.", Gremmy says and moves through the healing barrier.
Isane rushes to the two Captains and checks their conditions.
"No ...! They're ... dead. But how? They were clearly alive before...", Isane is confused.
"Ah, but you're wrong. They clearly died when they fought against Mask de Masculine. At least, that's what I imagine happened."
"N-no that... makes no sense ..."
"Really? Seems logical to me. Now, before you attack, why don't we wait for your Shinigami to arrive ... Nozarashi?"
!!!
*BOOOM*
The wall explodes.
"The hell's this? I come to find Yachiru 'cause her Reiatsu seems a bit shaky ... and all I find is some idiot making a ruckus?"
