Chapter 34: Thirty Four

Despite the brightness of the sun, Duke Zion's room remains dark as the curtains block out the light. Historia heard the bell ringing near the Dukedom which made her wake up and slowly open her eyes. She could hear the bell from the Cathedral indicating that it was already five in the morning.

In their mansion, the Cathedral was far away from them and she couldn't hear the bell ringing but today was different. She needed to use it since she would be staying here for years until she could execute her plan of revenge on the Hesthburg Family.

Right after she woke up, she was surprised to see that Zion was already hugging her tightly and his face was closer to hers. She could feel his breath and his smell that smelled like a baby. She looks at his face sleeping and Historia can't take her eyes off him.
