Chapter 64: Regression Diary

Drew said that their performance was flawless.

Truth be told, they had perfected it on the first day of practice. It was not true that they did not attempt any other direction. The results were simply not better than merely sticking to the original version.

One of the reasons that Jun felt guilty was that all his suggestions earlier were things he had long thought of before executing his plan. In other words, since he knew the mission in advance, he also knew what should be done to improve even the most problematic song out of the three. Yet he let his teammates fumble in the dark on purpose. 

'What now?' He asked himself when the date remained the same. 

July 10, 2020. 

Jun sacrificed his conscience to successfully recreate the scenarios of the Rap Mission mid-check. For three days, he endured seeing his teammates practicing the song 'Pitchy Soda' with insecure faces. 

It was all for this moment. To confirm a hypothesis.
