After their battle with Silica, the Sand Elemental Queen, she had slept deeper than she had in days, the exhaustion of the fight finally catching up with her.

For a moment, Blakely allowed herself to enjoy the stillness. The warmth of the room, the soft rustling of leaves outside, and the distant sounds of the guild members going about their morning routines—it was peaceful. Blakely sighed and stretched, then sat up, patting Matcha's head as the giant panda yawned lazily.
