(Hm… This place isn't as hard as I though. I think I was living here, for like what? 2 months already?)
(I though avoiding adventures would way harder here, but nope.)

Inside the cave that the monster was currently staying in, there was a tied up demi-human adventure with dog ears.

(I've kidnapped this guy because I wanted some info about the situation in the town and all.)

The monster grabbed the man leg and ripped it completely off.
The man began screaming in pain.
"Yea, yea. Do you now understand your situation?"
The monster put its claws on the man leg and covered it withs ice.
"Now here is the deal. You tell me some info, or I make that ice disappear and you bleed out to death."
"So, are you now willing to be cooperative with me?"

"Well, they are D or D+. But they posses' ability to enchant abilities of their fallowers. So pretty much even D rank pigman with enough monster henchman can kill C rank adventure."
"And since mayor settlement was discovered, the monster is suspected to be D+ rank and the entire horde maybe quiet big deal in many different ways."
"The guild is planning on recruiting an adventures and sending an expedition squad to deal with the monsters before they attack the settlement or grow too big."
"I-I heard that both the leader of the Hounds and Haters will be participating."

"Do you know where their settlement is? Can you pin point it on this map?" – said the monster while taking out a map from its mane.
"Yes!.... Its here. I-its located here."

(Well, if the pigmans are really that dangerous all because the king was born, then I guess going near that place maybe very dangerous. Not only that, I will definitely want to avoid an adventurer's expedition.)
(So I guess going anywhere near that area is death sentence for me.)
"Anything else?" – asked the monster.
"W-well, its not about the city, but I heard that kingdom has new hero."
"Hero?"
(This doesn't sound good.)
"Y-yes. They call him the "Calm Sea" hero. I-I never heard about him or anything, so I only heard about him from the news about the hero.""

(Not only that, there is also that entire extermination squad planning on taking on pigmans king.)
(Why the fuck it started happening when the things were so peaceful for me.)
(Well, I don't know high chances are of him coming here. He may not be coming here at all and I'm just overthinking things.)

I began using the idiot adventurer as my test subject for… Many different "Things".
Well, his scream did ended up some monsters to the cave I was staying in, but I ate them as quick snacks.
Well, in the end the guy died during one of my experiments.
But he did gave me some valuable research material.

Yea… Things are way too fuking peaceful.
I mean, whenever things went too easy for me, I had a giant problem that almost if not was very close to killing me.
I mean, I did had bandits attacking my village and forcing me to reveal myself, but that was 2 months ago! Not only that, they were nowhere near killing me or anything. They only forced me to commit genocide.
I feel like it's too easy!
I mean I'm not complaining or anything! But I can fuking can tell that something will go like "Surprise motherfucker." Or something!
Still, the info he did told me about the extermination and the hero is very important.
I don't to fuking go anywhere near the fuking hero! He will butcher my ass!
Not only that, I have information where the extermination will take place. So as long as I'm far away, I will not be in any danger or anything.

Yea… I can fuking tell that something will happened.
Maybe something like the pigmans would run away and ran into me while being chased adventurers and I will have to murder them in order to cover up my existence but it will end up making some mess and the city will deploy something like a search party to look for them, forcing me to ran into more dangerous territories or something.
Yea. I can definitely see that happening.

"Say that again." – said the monster.
"A-all the remains of the pigman king army was destroyed and the hero is currently on the other end of the kingdom, meaning he is nowhere near this place!" – said the captured adventurer.

The monster bit into the adventurer body and began eating him bit by bit, until nothing of the adventurer remained.
(What the actual fuck is going on?!)
(I mean, I'm happy that I can still develop myself and train and improve other things, without being bothered.)
(But still… This feels…. Way too fuking easy right now.)
(Well, I'm not in the novel or comic, so it's not like I'm facing a tragic and nonstop action every chapter or anything, as if the story was written by somebody.)

The monster got up from the ground and headed to the exit before the leaving its cave that it using as its hideout.

(Honestly speaking, during the winter, my power is getting a huge upgrade. It's all thanks to the weather and cold.)

(But anyway, when the winter came, I think I should head to more dangerous part of the forest and focus on leveling up.)
