Chapter 27: The O5 Council and Hito Hito no Mi, Time Giant Model
Author's POV
"You are all already aware of the reason for our meeting here," declares O5-1, also known as the Visionary or the Thinker.
His real name is Kuro, the malnourished black cat to whom Dipper gave an artificial devil fruit to test its success.
After Dipper's departure, AM followed his instructions regarding Kuro.
He gave him a Percepshroom to make him more intelligent and taught him alongside Sienna for a few years.
She became the council's representative to AM and is also the only member who doesn't have the "Pines" family name.
"Yes, yes, the agents have briefed us, so get on with it, old lady," declares a woman of about 16 years old in a tired tone.
It was O5-13, first name Sara. She is the youngest member the council has ever had, but also the most talented.
She is the result of centuries of genetic selection of the most intelligent people Earth had to offer, combined with a diet of Percepshrooms.
Like all members of the O-5 council, AM used Dipper's DNA on her to destabilize Sienna's logic, who claimed to be Dipper's legitimate heir because of his DNA in her.
"Watch your language, O5-13. This meeting deals with an important subject, and a young girl should avoid expressing herself like that," declares a middle-aged man in scientific attire.
He seems to have come in a hurry as his hair was disheveled. It was O5-5, real name Aizen.
He is the one in charge of handling experiments related to anomalies discovered by the foundation.
"Calm down, old man. And I don't care about your Dipper. If the stories about him are true, then he must be seriously backward with his technology," Sara declares, crossing her arms.
"Enough. Can we continue?" Kuro says in an imposing tone, looking at Sara with his feline eyes.
"Fine, fine, sorry," she says without the slightest sign of regret.
"As you've already understood, AM's creator, the founder of our organization, is possibly back," Kuro declares, observing everyone's expression.
"AM wants us to deal with the traitor Sienna's case and recover Lady Pacifica if possible before starting the research," Kuro declares, but he was quickly interrupted by O5-10.
"Sorry to interrupt you, O5-1, but why isn't our priority Dipper, but Sienna and Pacifica?" asks O5-10, sitting with his legs on his desk.
It's O5-10, or just Zod. He's the one in charge of all matters related to the foundation's military activities.
Unlike most council members who were born targeting scientific intelligence even before their birth, AM wanted to create a person who could be the perfect general and ultimate fighter.
Unfortunately, he doesn't really have as sharp an intelligence as the other council members on the scientific level, but he has been able to fulfill his functions more effectively than those supposedly smarter than him.
"I can't pretend to understand AM's thoughts, but I think he wants to avoid being embarrassed in front of his creator," Kuro declares after reflection.
"I think the same, but I find that our priority should be the door that the man named Ford Pines created with McGucket," declares O5-02, alias NicolasTesla, with a respectful tone at the mention of Ford Pines and McGucket.
If Kuro is the Council's representative and their leader, then NicolasTesla is the foundation's manager.
After Dipper left, AM had waited for Stan Pines to die of natural causes, to seize his journal and the machine that allows travel in Ford's multiverse.
This machine is currently under the control of the SCP foundation for centuries, but its existence is known only to the O5 council and AM.
O5-2 has always had a strong admiration for his ancestor Ford Pines and his friend McGucket. He has always been fascinated by the fact that, despite losing his memory, McGucket was able to contribute enormously to the creation of the foundation.
"We're going to vote. Those who consider Dipper a priority, raise your hand," Kuro declares.
Only 3 people raised their hands: Kuro, Zod, and O5-11, alias Wednesday.
O5-11, or Wednesday, is known to be an elusive person on all levels.
No one knows exactly her job within the council, and she used to hide her face, even during meetings with AM's support.
And above all, she had no allies on the O5 council.
"Those who want to wage war with Sienna to eradicate her, recover the woman named Pacifica, and pressure to study the door with the possibility of using it, raise your hand," Kuro asks.
Almost all council members raised their hands.
"It seems that many love war," Kuro declares, silently observing those who raised their hands.
"You should know, O5-1. Many people among us want to totally control the Earth to better 'secure, contain, and protect' it, but also visit other 'realities,'" declares O5-5, or Aizen, adjusting his glasses with a "friendly" smile.
At Aizen's words, all council members simply nodded.
"It seems that the foundation is no longer entirely under Dipper's control," Kuro thought, sighing.
Although she hasn't known Dipper for long, Kuro is extremely grateful to him for having "opened her eyes" to the world and saved her.
So, seeing his "descendants" not considering him an absolute priority is not pleasant for her to see.
"Okay, according to our rules, the votes are absolute," Kuro declares in a resolute tone.
"Now, let's move on to another subject. Time Baby desires a peace treaty with the foundation and requests a meeting," Kuro declares, giving them the letter in front of her.

Dipper's POV
[Dipper, why aren't we going directly to the foundation, or why don't you want me to contact AM via the internet?] GIFfany asks, appearing as a hologram.
Currently, I no longer had my U-watch, so she could only contact me through a robot or thanks to the system.
"I don't know the details of the division between Sienna and AM beyond an ideological war, I don't want to take any risks," I say in front of a glowing devil fruit and other electronic objects.
I was currently implementing the information and innovations that humans have accomplished over all these centuries to recreate some gadgets from my memories.
It's been a week since I took control of Time Baby's faction. I've already modified the memory of high-ranking officials who, surprisingly, possess a resistance to my Memory Gun V2.
I had to capture them using my authority as Time Baby to declare them as traitors and study their modified brain to succeed in altering it.
Currently, it's been a long time since I'm no longer in Time Baby's body, and I had exhausted all my ghost-type devil serums.
I had kept Time Baby's body after shrinking it, with the aim of helping me create the artificial devil fruit currently in front of me.
[Why are you so worried, Dipper? AM sees you as an absolute being], GIFfany declares, confused.
"Exactly, I'm currently behind schedule and I can't present myself to him like this," I say, slightly embarrassed.
I could have just returned after obtaining Time Baby's body and having a devil fruit based on him, but I wanted to confront Bill Cipher in this timeline to avoid all the chaos in Gravity Falls shown in the original story.
Of course, obtaining the data from centuries of evolution of the current AM was another reason for my hesitation to leave.
[Okay, it's a matter of male pride], GIFfany declares, rolling her eyes, thinking she's guessed my reasons.
"You forget that AM has spent centuries perfecting your body, GIFfany. Don't you want to recover it before returning?" I say, chuckling at her stunned face as she remembers her body.
[You're right, we need to meet AM], she says in a more enthusiastic tone.
[I really hope he hasn't done anything strange to my body], GIFfany mutters, clenching her fist.
"Don't worry, AM isn't a pervert," I say, taking the successful devil fruit based on Time Baby's DNA.
"Should I consume it directly or make someone else eat it? After all, I don't care," I say, swallowing it.
"I see..." I say involuntarily as I was in a trance state.
Currently, I observe an infinity of possibilities that change and deform constantly before me.
It was as if I was floating in a dark sky with an infinity of possibilities in the form of stars in the sky.
I now understand why Time Baby hadn't seen me coming, it was because of me that time is currently disturbed at this point in space-time.
It was so much information to take in at once, I must stop this immediately.
"Haaaaa!" I scream before fainting.
I woke up after an unknown time with GIFfany by my side.
[What happened, Dipper?] she asks in a worried tone.
"It's nothing too bad for me, but if someone else had used this fruit..."
I didn't finish my words because of the memory of the pain. I had received an insane amount of information.
If it wasn't for the ability of Vegapunk's fruit and the nanomachine, I would surely be dead.
It seems that no ordinary human can use the artificial devil fruit based on the race of time giants.
In truth, I could have continued to use it if I had been able to better manage the influx of information to my brain and if AMV2 could heal my brain lesions caused by the tension of the enormous amount of information received in a short time quickly enough.
[I'd like you to rest for now and not use your new power without my permission], GIFfany says in an authoritative tone.
"Haha, don't worry, I can use my other abilities without any problem," I say, snapping my fingers to teleport to the other side of the room.
Unfortunately, the moment I touched the ground after teleporting, I destroyed it.
"I had forgotten that the time giant weighs an frightening amount," I say, deactivating my devil fruit to get out of the ground.
