The accident during the boarding practice ended with Hilio's expulsion from the academy, his record did have a blemish in the form of a sanction, punishment and expulsion, several cadets had died because of him, he was given the possibility of continuing as a soldier awaiting a destination when his six-month suspension was over and the boy accepted.

The press echoed the case, the detractors of the Olympeion took care to feed on the situation but with the bait of a reckless cadet most of the attacks focused on the boy.
