Chapter 5: FAMILIA NUMEROSA
THIRD PERSON POV
As Eli kept on holding the ice pack for dear life, she knew what was in for her. She knew how pissed of her mother will be. She knew she had to do something, before something quite terrible finds her as it's hostage and tears her apart from skin to bones to be left with utterly nothing.
Eli knew, she knew something bad, something chatastrophic, some kind of Tribulation will be tied down with her Destiny. She wants to find a way to avoid it. She has to avoid it. Oh, but she CAN avoid it, She can stop it.
But... She has to find a way to escape this ordeal of a situation she got herself into by throwing some useless tantrums, and also beating her teacher into a pulp. She'd do it again if she has to wipe off the smug on her teachers face.
But first she gotta make her way to the principal's office because she has been summoned for reasons known to her. As Eli made it down the hall the other students either looked at her admirably while the others shot her dirty looks and nasty comments.
But from every story Eli has read, she knew more than to react, she didn't give two shits about nobody, because that would get her nowhere.
As Eli finally made the last turn, she saw principal Alejandro's door staring at her.
She didn't knock as she just made her way into the office without any permission.
Mr. Alejandro: why did you barge into my office, young Lady?
Elizabeth didn't respond immediately as she made herself to one of the most comfortable chairs in the principal's office, she made herself comfortable really quick and put set her feet up on the principal's desk.
The middle-aged man wanted to ask the question again but Elizabeth didn't give him the grace to as she responded
Eli: I think I heard you the first time Sir.
She said a bit sarcastically.
Mr. Alejandro: if so, why wouldn't you answer my question. Or should i say, WHY did you barge into my office?
Eli: sir, If i need to spell it out, you called for me . And here i thought my mom was the one with MCI.
Mr. Alejandro: excuse me young lady how dare you talk to me like that, do you know who I am.
Eli: YEA, i know who you are, You just a baldie cause you found Waldo before your hairline.
She cursed at him. She knew this is'nt right, but she can't abandon her pride, same as her duty as Gaurdian. But before Mr. Alejandro could find a response to her disrespect, a blinding gold light came flashing down on Eli.
She was very familiar with this feeling, as she has felt it one too many times,in one too many livestimes. She knew it was time and she knew this is where her journey begun.
She knew that this was the mark of the start.
