Chapter 34: Return To Leyndell
[A/N: Alright you guys, Ima keep it real with you right now. As much as I love writing and spoiling you, I'm afraid I'd have to blueball you on this one. I edited the last chapter's title; and removed the 'Part 1'. I was originally going to make the conquering of Rennala two parts, but after recent personal events, I decided to skip over it and try to progress the plot.
As of late, these past couple of months, I don't feel comfortable writing sex scenes within the presence of others, if you get what I mean. This is my huge flaw as a writer, letting other people dictate what my writing mood is. And by the presence of others, I mean other people in the house/room. I mean, when I'm writing, I'm in there. I put my headphones on, jam to K-Pop, and go all out. I'm 100% in the zone. But as of late, I feel "Off" whenever I'm not alone and that has ruined it. I could be interrupted suddenly and be thrown off my flow, if you get me.
It makes me rush things. Which is why some chapters have been lacking in the smut department.
The thing is, I want to get to a certain point of the story to try to get close to the DLC. Now, there was a certain direction I wanted to go into and the whole DLC opened new doors for the plot and I will take advantage of it, not straying from the original path.
This..."issue" has affected my other work and I am terribly sorry for it.
For now, Plot shall be progressed, some lewd scenes here and there, but full out crazy sex will have to wait until this "issue" is resolved. Again, I'm sorry if some things seemed either glossed over or completely skipped, but I don't like dragging things out. Rennala was already meant to be part of the Harem. Just wanted to add a bit of background to her importance to the story; Her sons being alive.

"So this conflict is resolved, huh?" Malenia asked me as we sat in the carriage and made our way down the road
I leaned on the armrest and looked outside the window, seeing the golden hue of the Altus Plateau as we rode past some villages in the distance. "I've gotten closer." I said, "I've sent a couple of Black Knives in search of the next clue. I'll get word of them soon. In the meantime, I've told Ranni to wait a while."
"Understood." Malenia said, "I'm glad we've resolved the Liurna conflict; Rennala is your concubine and is now ruling it for you, keeping Caelid and Mt. Gelmir at bay. For now, they won't bother us."
"Rykard has stayed his blade." I said as I rubbed my hair, "But Radahn, he's the one that worries me. It's been awfully quiet over in Caelid. My spies tell me there is no movement in Redmane Castle, nothing. Limgrave has been submissive; Godrick has given his allegiance to us almost immediately. But Radahn.....there has been no word, none at all."
"If that isn't enough to worry you, My Lord." Malenia said, "There has been movement further North, in the Mountaintops. For some reason, Ancient Giants have been sighted. I request being deployed to deal with the matter."
"We don't do anything until after we settle some stuff in the Capital." I told her, "These Ancient Dragons won't act yet. If they do, I got some nukes for them. They could feel that kind of power from all the way in Farum Azula, I know it."
She bowed slightly, "Very well." She said, "Whatever it is you command."

"Father!!" Baeron yelled gleefully as he ran up to me with a smile
I chuckled as I crouched down and caught him into a hug, "There ya are, kiddo." I said as I embraced him, "How have you been? You doing good? You eaten yet?"
He took a step back and nodded, "Yup!"
He seemed a bit taller since the last time I saw him, which wasn't too long ago. He was growing rather quickly, befitting of a Demigod.
I smiled, "That's good." I said, "How's Smarag?"
"He's sleeping!" He said, "I flew him over the City!"
"Nice. Be careful though, the people aren't used to this....yet." I told him, "This isn't King's Landing during the Targaryen rule...."
He frowned, "What?"
I chuckled and patted his head, "Don't worry about it." I said, "I-"
"You have returned." I heard a serious yet calm voice, "Alas."

Marika watched as he ran off out of the room, "Bye, my love...." She said softly before looking at me, "So....I heard, the entire Lands Between has heard, Brutalus...."
I walked over to her, "What is it?" I said with a slight smile, "What am I going to get scolded for?"
I wrapped my arms around her waist and rubbed it gently as she gave me a serious frown.
"You took Rennala as your concubine? Without asking me?" She said, "She rules Liurna in your stead."
I lifted her hand and kissed it, "Yes." I said, "You knew I left down there with that purpose, what is the problem?"
"Rennala isn't someone to be easily swayed." Marika said, "What did you promise her?"
"A child." I said truthfully, "She'll bear my child and they will be together, always, in Liurna."
She frowned even more, "You.....dare???" She said softly, "You dare keep my child away from me?"
I chuckled, "I knew you would act like this...." I said
"You are mine and I am yours, My Lord." Marika patted my cheek, "You and I are married, we are one.....any child that you sire is mine as well! How could you do this to me?"
I leaned in and kissed her nose, "We can always visit the kid, Marika." I said as I ran my hand down to her ass, "You act as if I'll have you imprisoned here in Leyndell....."

I looked at her, "Is that so?" I asked, "Why?"

I leaned into her neck and kissed it once, "Okay." I said, "When that happens, we'll deal with it."
"It has begun...." Marika said, "Your Golden Lineage has begun. With Baeron....and now with Rya's child."
