It's a stolen fic, originally written by the author Temporal Knight, it was completed years ago and can be found on both AO3 and FFnet with the same name.
I hope that this story continues to the end. I want a story about HP and using other magics then just battle magic. imagine an army of golems or curse magic that weakens the enemy till they cure or figure away to defend themselves or runes crate traps or just uplift the magic world the the struggles of going against the norm. but it's always battle magic or bringing in other world anime powers that always kills stories in my opinion atleast .. best of luck on writing this and hope it sticks to runes. yes learn other magic but don't forget runes.
Loved it from start to finish. It's probably in my top 5 of hp fanfics. Harem did feal a little forced halfway through but pretty much all harems are
