Yuto released a tired sigh and began walking to the dorms with one hand in his pocket and gripping his phone on the other.
[Hello? Are you done Kazuki-kun?]
"Yea.."
[Alright, I'll sent you the location. Be here in 15 mins.]
"Ok."
With that, Horikita cut to call. Yuto was flustered, "I didn't know what to say! Damnation! Am I becoming like Ayanokoji?!" Yuto buried his face in his hands, teeth gritted, imaginary tears streaming down his cheeks. He thought to himself, 'Maybe I should buy eyedrops...'
Suddenly, a notification chimed on his phone, drawing his attention. With a sheepish grin, he muttered, "Well, would you look at that! Talk about timing!"
In the blink of an eye, he thought of 246 gifts he could buy Horikita but doubted if she would like any. He snickered thinking about what all he can buy, but one stood out the most.
He took a deep breath, raised his fist into the air and bellowed "First priority! I gotta buy a giant teddy bear!" resulting in everyone around him to stare at him with weird faces. Realizing his predicament, he awkwardly started to walk faster with his face looking at the ground when suddenly..
*Thud*
He crashed into someone! He looked at the unforunate soul who had the luck to encounter him. It was a girl with long pinkish-beige hair, big purple-blue eyes and an undeinably beautiful face.
'Cute..' Yuto thought before immeditely shaking his head vigorously. Clenching his palm and bringing it towards his chest, 'My loyalty lies towards Horikita-chan!' The girl let out a pained moan, pulling Yuto out of his reverie.
"Here" he said, offering his hand to the girl that fell down.
The girl took it gratefully and picked herself up before saying "Thanks." with a cheerful smile.
"Don't be! I'm the one who is supposed to be sorry for crashing into you."
"It's fine really! I also wasn't looking forward as I was waving at my friend" she said as she eyed behind her. Yuto threw a glance at the direction she was pointing at to see something very unexpected.
"Kiyo-chan and that's Kushida-san? What a strange couple..." he murmured
"Oh you know her?" the girl exclaimed.
"Kushida-san? Yea I guess... She is my classmate afterall, though we aren't that well acquainted."
"You're in Class D? What's your name again?"
"Kazuki Yuto."
"Ohhhh... Your the super hot guy everyone was talking about!" she exclaimed, flabberghasting Yuto on how direct she was. "WHAT!" he shrieked, gaining the attention of Kushida and Ayanokoji.
"Ohh Kazuki-kun! I was searching for you all day. I had something to ask you but ended up asking Ayanokoji-kun instead." Kushida pouted.
"Didn't you hear the speaker?" Ayanokoji asked her.
She shook her head. "Anyway! I didn't know you and Ichinose-san were acquainted!"
"Now we are!" Ichinose beamed. Meanwhile Yuto looked confused, "Ichinose who?"
"Oh! How rude of me not to introduce myself, I'm Honami Ichinose from Class 1-B!"

10 mins later, Yuto stood in front of an all girl's cafe. Or that's how it seemed by the looks of it, at least. Only girls walked in and out, making it seem like there was a huge imaginary 'NO BOYS ALLOWED' sign in front of the door.
He frowned and walked in, only to be meet by the gazes of numerous women. The entire cafe seemed still for a moment. No sound. Nothing. All of a sudden, countless women surrounded Yuto, who was overwhelmed.
'Crap... seems like Ichinose was telling the truth after all.'
The girls started to bombared Yuto with questions.
"Hey! Hey! Are you free tonight?"
"Kazuki-san! Are you willing to come to karaoke with us now?
"Yuto-chan!~~ Pheraps you wanna hang out with me~?"
Yuto politely declined all of them with wry smile and made his way over to a certain indifferent black-haired girl. "You are late." she stated matter-of-factly.
"I'm sorry, I had an unexpected encounter. By the way, why are you here anyway? I didn't expect you to be the type to surround themselves with constant noise."
"I'm not. Ayanokoji just invited me here."
One of Yuto's veins popped on his forehead when he heard Horikita mention Ayanokoji, as Horikita continued. "Turns out, it was just a set up done by Kushida, who tried to convince me into becoming her friend. Of course I rejected, and since you were just done by then, I simply decided to call you here."
"Well that explains a lot... and can we leave this cafe and talk elsewhere? I'm not sure I feel comfortable here." Yuto said, pointing at the horde of girls throwing death stares at Horikita, causing her to shiver.
"I share your opinion.."
They exited the café and settled onto a bench overlooking the sea, Yuto couldn't shake the tremble in his limbs. 'Isn't this simply... a date?' he considered.
'Wait! This is suspicious. Like, why would you she be curious about the student council? It just looks like a scheme to spend time with me...'
Suddenly Yuto's eyes widened, 'Does she secertly like me?!' He couldn't think straight and decided to speak his mind
"Horikita-chan, D-Do you like me?"
Horikita, still looking at the sea, answered in an indifferent voice, "No. Why would I?"
Yuto turned to stone, as his weak heart shattered into a million peices. He replied in a weeping voice, "You know, apparently I'm popular, and handsome and-"
"A perverted idiot" Horikita cut him off.
Yuto sholders dropped, as he looked at the ground and sniffled, "Kill me..."
Horikita looked around to check if there were any cameras and asked "Can you finally tell me why you went to the student council room."
"Sure, but I have a question."
Horikita frowned and asked, "What is it?"
"Do you know the student council president?"
Horikita had a pensive face as she replied, "he is my brother."
'A lot makes sense now...'
Yuto looked at Horikita with a wry smile and said in a straight voice, "Horikita-chan, you have a brother complex, don't you?"
Horikita slowly turned to Yuto, with a slightly red deadpan look and pinched him on the side before exclaiming, "Can we get back to business."
Yuto, who was in pain, gave her a funny look and smirked, "Sure, the reason they called is different to my reasons for going there. Horkita raised a brow and ask, "Oh.. What might your reason be?" Yuto gently pulled out his phone from his pocket and showed the screen to Horikita.
Her icey façade broke for the first time as she was taken aback. Dumbfounded. "How..." she mumbled. Her gaze was fixated to a number, reading it over and over again, making sure it was real. "3.8 million points..." she uttered.
Of course she was shocked, it was only the second day of school after all. Even if they actually continue to get 100,000 points every month, at the end of 3 years. It will only amount to 3.2 million and Yuto as surpassed that amount in the second day! It almost made Horikita reconsider if Yuto was actually a idiot. Almost.
Yuto shrugged and said, "Turns out that, 3rd years are actually loaded"
"What did you do?"
"I would rather not tell, instead you can say that... I educated some 3rd years."
Phew, this chapter was a bit longer than the others and I would to say that I really appriciate all the comments as it gives me the motivation needed to continue this herculean task.
Have some idea about my story? Comment it and let me know.
One month later...
"What a bunch of Idiots you all are."
Everyone in the looked puzzled by Sae's statement. Yuto sighed and looked out the window as he thought, 'Just as I suspected..'
Sae meticulously recounted a series of misbehaviors from the past month, each one a testament to their lack of discipline. With a sense of solemnity, she revealed how these actions had resulted in the loss of all their class points.
Ayanokoji and Yuto were still indifferent about the announcement, while Koenji was smirking as usual. The same could not be said for the others, who's faces only grew darker and darker as Sae was explaining about class points.
She concluded her speech with a final, crushing blow: "The points assigned to you this month amount to zero."
Everyone was in dismay.
Sae paused to look at there expressions and pulled out a chart and said, "Look at these garbage scores! If any of you get below failing grade from the next term. Prepare to be expelled!"
Everyone's eyes widened in shock. However, Horikita was shocked for a whole different reason. She stared at the section which showed 'Kazuki Yuto' and beside the name was his score, '41'.
She refused to accept that someone who amassed 3.8 million points on his second day at school barely scraped by with just one mark above failing. Horikita and Ayanokoji shared a mutual thought.
"He's definitely holding back."

As everyone reveled in their swimming class, Ayanokoji and Horikita sat at the poolside, clad in their swimming attire but devoid of interest in joining the aquatic activity.
As they discussed strategies for earning class points, Yuto suddenly appeared out of nowhere, still dressed in his regular uniform. "Sup!" he greeted casually.
Horikita, puzzled by his sudden appearance, asked, "What do you want?"
"How cold! I was about to come talk with my two friends!"
Horikita sighed and was about to say something when, "Oh Horikita-san, Kazuki-kun! Why don't swim with us?" Kushida chimed in. Horkita near-instantly refused causing Kushida to look at Yuto with a hopeful expression.
"You see, I am actually scared of swimming, haha.." Yuto chuckled. Kei, one of the few other girls that came with Kushida joined the conversation. "What are you a child? How do you not know how to swim?" she teased with a grin.
Yuto rubbed the back of his head with his palm and let out a wry chuckle. "I suppose you could call it childhood trauma." he remarked, prompting the bunch to not inquire further.
A few minutes later, Hirata attempted to capture the attention of several classmates, intending to convey the dire situation of the class. However, his efforts fell flat when Sudo shouted "Leave me out of this!", resulting in a resounding failure. "Our class is comprised of a bunch of retards huh?" Yuto finally told to which Horikita and Ayanokoji whole-heartedly agreed.

"How can you always afford the most expensive lunch set!?" Ike screamed at Yuto, who at this point, was tried of Ike's and Yamauchi's antics. Ike for one was way better than Yamauchi as he still has a humane side of him, while Yamauchi was just not a likable guy in Yuto's eyes. "I have money I guess" Yuto shrugged which caused the Yamauchi to smile.
"Hey, hey Kazuki, we are friends right? Can you buy me a game pleaseeeee, it's only 20,000."
"No we aren't."
Yamauchi frowned at Yuto's reply which caused Ike to start laughing at Yamauchi before saying, "Hey Kazu-chan, I lent you that my game remember, how about you treat me lunch today?"
A tick manifested on Yuto's forehead. The sole reason he borrowed that game was to feign normalcy, to blend in as a guy with genuine interests. He was just a empty shell of sorts after all.
His childhood completely devoided him of any such interests, his only focus was to bring money to the table after all, his biological father was drunk half the time and his biological mother was 'sick'. Perhaps that's where he gets his obsession for money came from.
"Ah! I seem to have a stomach ache. I'll go to the infirmary today! Maybe I'll treat you next time, Ike-kun!" Yuto remarked with a wry smile, holding his stomach with both his hands, and dashed out the class, not giving anytime for Ike to comment anything.
As Yuto left the class, he sighed, looks like I can't go to the cafeteria anymore. He made his way to a street vendor and bought himself a burrito.
With his meal in hand, he wandered towards the beach. There, he stood on the ever-so still sand, his gaze fixed blankly upon the sea. The rhythmic sound of crashing waves enveloped him, accompanied by the gentle caress of ocean breezes against his skin.
"Quite pleasant, isn't it? Fufufu.."
"That it is..."
"Wait what!" snapping himself back from his reverie. He looked to his side and saw a short white-haired girl wearing a black beret. She was also holding a stick of sorts in her hand while staring at the sea aswell. Yuto smiled and said, "I didn't notice that someone was beside me."
"That's the beauty of being immersed into somthing, Kazuki Yuto-kun. Fufu.."
"I'm suprised you know my name, Child-san" Yuto said before taking a bite from his burrito.
The girl turned to Yuto with a smirk and calmly said, "Arisu Sakayanagi."
Yuto eyes narrowed. "It's quite an honor to find myself in the company of of Class 1-A's leader."
"You yourself aren't far behind in popularity Kazuki-kun."
"Aren't you supposed to be some kind of tyrant? You seem pretty amiable to me"
She chuckled softly, replying, "I don't know about that..."

Yuto was on his way to the dorms when the sound of his ringing phone interrupted the quiet stroll. His eyes widened when he saw that it was a call from Horikita! His fingers trembled, threatening to drop the phone, but eventually, he mustered the resolve to answer the call.
[Hello, Kazuki-kun?]
"What is it?" Yuto answered, trying to act calm.
[I'll get to the point, I'm making a study group and I need you to join it]
Kazuki frowned at the idea of studying with Horikita with a bunch of other guys and said, "You should already know that I'm holding back right? I have no reason join your group."
[I do know that, but as I am only inviting people who are in the verge of failing, it you be suspicious not to invite you.]
"Ripple effect eh?"
[Yes.]
"Alright, I will but I have a condition."
[*sigh* Go on, ask.]
"Can I call you by your first name?" Yuto finally said it! He was holding that in for so long. He felt as if, tonnes of rocks where just liberated from him.
[...]
On the other side of the phone, Horikita was shocked my such a absurd request! 'His shamelessness really has no bounds!' she thought as she gritted her teeth solemly and obliged.
[Yay! I shall join tommorrow, Suzune-chan!]
I know that this chapter was a bit bland but this chapter is important as it serves as a base stone for many things that will happen in the future and I also wanted to focus on the actual Mc so that i could move on to character development later.
Creation is hard, cheer me up!
