Tyler frowned at the rampaging couple. What was wrong with them? No matter where he went, they popped up like a whack-a-mole game. Should he whack their heads and get rid of them once and for all?
“Why are you silent, Tyler?” Melissa fumed. “Cat got your tongue? Are you petrified now that I have exposed you before the salesgirl? How will you run your petty scam now?”
“Get out of my sight,” was all Tyler replied.
Maya stepped between the two groups, trying to diffuse the tension. “Please, don’t air out personal issues in our showroom. It is against policy. Let the gentleman make his purchase and go about his daily business.”
“Gentleman?” Tim Owen fired back. “How young are you, little salesgirl? This man is an ex-convict who goes around swindling billionaires and businesses. He doesn’t have a dime to purchase even a spark plug, let alone an entire car! Look at his ordinary clothes and delinquent attitude! Doesn’t he appear broke and homeless to you?”
