[ Successfully conquered the Dungeon By killing the boss.]
[ Collected the rewards, 'Monster core' and ' The wand of fire' from the boss.]
[ Do you want to leave the Dungeon.] [Yes/ No]
After killing the boss, I still had one task remaining - collecting the monster cores from the ogres in the hall. I had hoped to study the 'Puppet of Destruction' by taking it outside with me, but I had to obliterate it to defeat the monster.
Taking care of all the monster cores and storing them in my ring, I exited the dungeon, noticing several tears on the equipment I had purchased from the guild.
The long coat I had on me was identical to the previous one, except this time, it wasn't runic equipment but rather an enchanted one with minor defense against tier-2 monsters within the dungeon.
Despite my body being littered with bruises from punches and hits by ogres' clubs, these were superficial wounds that would heal within a week. Even the injuries I sustained from the tier-3 monster took just around two weeks for me to heal.
''Several runes working in tandem had already helped me recover these injuries leaving only some scars in their wake."
The scars were present but my mobility and strength weren't affected by these scars, so I had been able to heal myself into perfect condition by enjoying the days while also inscribing two runes on my being.
'Eternal' and the 'Rune of Vitality' did their wonder while dealing with those injuries. Although the healing medicines from the guild were good, they weren't able to deal with those injuries as fast as my two abilities did. If I had been forced to heal myself using those medicines it might have taken more than a month just to slightly heal those wounds, the destroyed muscles and tissues, it would take about three more months before I would have been able to even start waking properly, lest conquer the dungeon all by myself after two weeks of the stampede.

At the guild hall..
I was eating peacefully listening to the conversation between the adventurers who were talking about the dungeon break, and the destruction of the town in its entirety.
It was believed the monster that had been the preceptor of this dungeon break was a peak tier-3 wyvern that had been mutated to reach tier-3 while being the boss of the dungeon that housed several tier-2 monsters in it.
Basically, it was like having the boss of the Ogre's lair getting mutated to the point of breaking the limitation of the dungeon it was a part of. The frost wyvern that had broken the barrier of the dungeon was also similar to the Shaman of the ogre's liar, with one difference, it was on steroids to break the limit of the dungeon while the shaman didn't do anything except blabber to the adventurers while looking at its subordinates getting killed.
The many adventurers that died to reach its chamber, they were forgotten without anyone knowing about them in the future.
Having such a powerful monster roaming an intermediate town was a notice of doom, for it could easily decimate the strongest warrior of that town while the other wyverns that worked under the monster, they could easily destroy normal people and infrastructures while also heavily killing the adventurers that were active in the town.
" Sigh… Another town fell in the hands of monsters." A young-looking adventurer was lamenting while his companions were looking at him with somewhat amusing expressions. He was just a transcendent warrior but the equipment he had on him was aura equipment.
"Isn't it great to be someone with the background?" I mused while listening to their chat.
" What does it have to do with us? Don't we have three elites guarding this town?" A pretty lady with a magic wand twirled the wand in her hand, it was the one I had just sold at the guild for a fortune. She definitely was someone with a noble upbringing.
" No… It isn't just about the town of Lumia, almost every town around ours has been given a hard time by these monsters. Even the Duke of our territory has his eyes set on these frenzied mobsters that are rampaging everywhere." He retorted back to the lady without giving a damn about anything.
"It was said one of the towns under the territory of our duke had been run down by the monsters that had attacked the town several times in different intervals. They were doing everything they could to destroy the town." The scrawny young man was the one who added this information while looking at the young man as if waiting for a compliment from him.
" Yes... I was sent on a mission to check whether there were similar anomalies taking place within the 'Forest of Grimness' that was located in the duchy ruled by the duke. Gotta have the job completed within a month." He stood up with all the members of the party following him.
As for me, I looked towards the party of five, each equipped with aura equipment in fascination before resuming my meal.
''The abnormal behavior shown by wild monsters, it wasn't of any interest to me.'' I was happy with raiding Dungeons and spending time enjoying the peaceful time within my haven(Property).
It was better to add more runes into my arsenal and wait for my mana purity to reach the ranks of transcendent in the following days. The truest and most trustworthy path to survival was to make oneself as strong as possible, Being strong enough to destroy any monster that came towards me. And, I was just going to do the same thing after returning to my place.
I was going to add several other runes to my body and wait for the result of the investigation by these adventurers. The ruckus they created while leaving the guild was next level as several exclamations echoed in the whole hall wherever they passed by.
I could even see cunning smiles hiding the greed on the faces of several adventurers who were also eyeing the party. Several ones even followed the party, getting ready to ambush these adventures with riches covering from head to toe.
"Were they capable enough to survive the forest??"
"Nah, Can they even leave this town without getting ambushed?"
It was the question that intrigued me as there had been several pieces of evidence of monsters, even stronger than the ones that had attacked our town previously residing in the forest. It was a known fact for any adventurer and normal citizens living in the town.
''Did the party that just left the guild know about it??''
It was the question for another time.

Back to my place….
I was soaking in the bathtub, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Listening to the rustling leaves, and chirping birds that were feeding their younglings, it was the best part about living on this property.
After that, I once again entered the world of legendary warriors that had once roamed this world. The legend today was of ' Enchantress of the abyss'. With her ominous alias, she ruled over monsters that were threat to the world making these monsters her pets, ready to do anything for her as her need.
She was said to be an orphan who had been able to awaken naturally after seeing her town destroyed by the monsters, killing her parents and three younger siblings. The desire to destroy these monsters rampaging in the town was the beacon that led her to awaken the trait that lets her enchant any monsters that were one entire rank above her.
" Wasn't it a powerful trait to have?"
Surely, it was a powerful trait, but the prerequisite to activate this trait was to have the monster she wanted to subdue, be defeated by her. This required her to be a skilled warrior on the battlefield, capable of fighting those that are entire ranks higher than her if she wanted to have those monsters as her tame.
It was an amazing story that was filled with adventures, interesting warriors who supported her, and the monsters that she was able to control. This legend also gave me an idea on the possible runes that I could inscribe into my being.
Controlling monsters that could easily defeat warriors of the same rank, it was interesting but I wasn't going to think about the rune that could grant me with such an ability for now. Just having the ability to inscribe common tunes was limiting me right now, it was frustrating but could be easily dealt with by me because of the possible runes that I could still inscribe on me with practical uses as per the need.
Munch….
''It was an inspiring story for the possible runes.'' I thought while munching on the leg piece, sitting on the dining table. It was already night and I was ready to enjoy my time in dreams, looking at the three moons that still made me wonder about the dream I had first seen when obtaining the legacy and awakening myself.
At first, it felt like a mere construct of my imagination but the recurrence of this dream is giving me a different feeling. It was vague but the feeling was getting stronger as the days passed by and the dream started recurring once in three days, as if it was in a timer, only to repeat in fixed duration.
