Chapter 3: STB: Chapter 2
The morning came as the sound of an alarm inside the room echoed as Alex struggled to get up and turn the damn alarm clock off.
"Fucking hell I can safely say that morning is now my natural enemy, I feel so weak compared when it's night time, specially I'm thirsty for blood" Alex then crawl out the bed as he went to the bathroom to fix himself.
"I'm so lazy, is this how a vampire is supposed to feel every morning? If yes then please give my humanity back…" as Alex brushed his teeth and noticed his fangs were sticking out.
"What the? How do I shrink his fangs back?" As Alex was thinking how to solve his problem his fangs suddenly shrink.
"Oh! I just have to imagine it? Holy shit, is this the power of god and anime on your side?!" Alex was a bit disappointed that he lacked a proper man of culture, since his past life is all about researching new combinations of runes and how to make it work.
Due to lack of inspiration, he decided to look for reference in anime since myth doesn't work, so he has watched a bunch of anime and read manga, so he's an experienced weeb, not at the level of a man of culture since those guys are a different kind of level, those guys are monsters who almost watched anime 24/7.
As soon as Alex Finished brushing his teeth he headed down stairs where his parents were already waiting for them to eat together, with his father who had a newspaper on his hand and a coffee cup in front of him as his mother was busy answering his father's questions.
"Morning" Alex sat down at his place where his father brought down his newspaper.
"Morning son, you look like you haven't got enough sleep, is everything okay?" His father asked since it's very rare for Alex to look very tired. Yesterday was normal since they thought he just did something important, but it's already 2 days straight.
Alex looked at his father and mother who looked very worried.
"Yeah, I kinda stayed up late, I did some research about something so it might happen again, sorry if I did worry you two" Alex might not look like it but he's a very family guy, he loves his parents very much, there will be a time where he will come clean with them and told them he's not a human anymore, but that will wait.
His parents looked relieved that it's nothing serious so they proceeded to eat their breakfast.

Alex was in his room looking at last night's news when the doorbell suddenly rang, he knew it's his package, so he didn't hesitate to come down.
As he went down stairs he saw his mother was about to answer the door when she suddenly saw her son on the way as Alex just said "I got this" then she returned to what she's doing.
Alex arrived at the door and opened it revealing the delivery guy with a box on his hand.
"Hello sir, just please sign here and you can receive your package" Alex read where he's going to sign before giving his signature and receiving his package.
"Thank you sir, have a great day" Alex just nodded as the delivery guy said as he went to his truck.
With a box on hand Alex immediately rushed towards his room and went to his bathroom.
Alex then immediately opened the box with such vigor as he could already smell the blood as his eyes turned red and his fangs slowly got longer.
The 4th progenitor immediately grabbed a random blood bag as he sunk his fangs on the bag as his eyes shaken causing him to let out a satisfied grunt and drank till the bag was empty.
Alex, who still wasn't satisfied, immediately grabbed one bag after the other until he finished all the bags.
Alex let out a satisfied sigh as he looked at the mess he have made, without context it looked like someone was murdered in his bathroom, the 4th progenitor immediately cleaned his bathroom before he'll get caught by that cliché awkward door open, he doesn't want that to happen and it's better be safe.
"Damn! That was good! Especially that type O blood, I think that's my favorite one, it tastes so perfect-" the 4th progenitor suddenly stopped when he felt that something imaginary binding him was completely gone, and he also now can feel his own mana which is surprising since he thought he doesn't have one and have to rely on his familiars.
He can also freely control his familiars without issue now, as he tries to imagine using the power of his fifth familiar in his hands as he clench his hands causing electricity to spark.
"Oh! This is amazing!" The 4th progenitor said causing him to feel his 5th familiar to be smug, he doesn't know how but he can definitely feel his 5th familiar being smug about something.
"Maybe I can let them out? Maybe not in a closed space" Alex said as he has a gut feeling it won't do him good if he were to summon his new familiar.
"Yeah, definitely not… huh… I now have my own mana… that means…" Alex widen his eyes as he immediately rushed towards the attic where all his research about runes currently are.

Alex on the attic (office) as he wrote ᚢ with his mana and intent behind his to a wooden ruler.
After he was done the tries break it in half but it only bend, it shows the rune works perfectly as it intended.
"WOOO! YEAH! BABY! THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THAT'S WHAT'S ALL ABOUT!" Alex couldn't help but teared up on his accomplishment, now he kinda likes being a vampire.
Since Alex can use runes now, he can imagine the possibility of creating absurd things and he'll sell them so his parents won't have to work, and he'll be rich as fuck.
Alex immediately went to his table and started to plan things.
