Chapter 90: Man, this is crazy?!!!!!
The Joker had suffered the wrath of men for six hours, and all of America watched this on Twitter. Batman was searching for Tatsuya's location, but Theo had already made it impossible to find. The U.S. government tried everything, but that's not what matters. The Joker was crying, drenched in snot, unable to move after six hours, and covered in fluids. Then, Theo returned the men to Keyaru.
[Subaru: Man, this is crazy. I wouldn't want to experience what the Joker went through. At least I died with dignity.]
[Kim Gong-Ja: It was really disturbing, but only a psychopath can overcome another psychopath.]
[Esdeath: No comment. I'll ask Keyaru for those men and use them to torture my enemies.]
[Keyaru: This was weird even for me.]
[Kurapika: At least it was sweet revenge for those tortured by the Joker.]

As Theo approached, the Joker started screaming:

Theo then grabbed the Joker by the throat, shot him with a portal gun, and threw him into it. The Joker reappeared in the middle of Gotham, wearing only his underwear.
Theo: Now you've seen it. If you want to end up like him, keep going. Crime lords, politicians, bribe-takers—I don't care. But the moment you cross me, your end will be even worse.
Theo ended the broadcast, and the comments went wild.
[Lolilover69: Oh my god, he went through a fate worse than death. No one would want to be in his shoes.]
[LGBT Community: The Joker is one of us now.]
[Lolilover69: Fuck off.]
[Mr. Sparrow: Tatsuya messed with his settings. If there's something worse than a madman, it's a crazier psychopath.]
Meanwhile, in Gotham...
Everyone saw the Joker emerge from a portal and started taking pictures. Soon, a car appeared—it was Harley Quinn. She exited the car, slapped the Joker, hugged him, and put him inside. The Joker's eyes were filled with tears.
Other crime barons noticed Tatsuya's madness. Some wanted to work with him, while others wanted to get rid of him, realizing the man was far from normal.
Meanwhile, cosmic beings studied the shifting fate, and the distortion grew.
They decided to send a new supervillain to Earth: Darkseid, along with Brainiac. For the first time, the two would work together, having been tasked by the gods to destroy Earth. Normally, Brainiac wouldn't have accepted, but his interests aligned with the gods this time, so he agreed.
At the Justice League headquarters...
The office was in chaos. Batman and Superman were face to face.
Superman: I'm telling you, Batman. If what Tatsuya said is true, the Joker was going to set off a nuke, and the Joker didn't deny it. You saw it yourself. Lois was going to die. Honestly, I expected Tatsuya to kill the Joker.
Batman: If we start killing people, we'll lose ourselves to madness and become no different from the villains we fight.
Wonder Woman: This Tatsuya guy used methods even the Amazons would call merciless. We kill our enemies; we don't humiliate them.
Green Lantern: Honestly, it was cruel, but I agree with Superman. Where's Flash in all this chaos?
Just then, Flash appeared with a pizza in his hand:
Flash: Sorry, I was in Italy, having pizza. What did I miss?
Batman: The guy stole Reverse-Flash's power and became the Speed Force. What do you plan to do about it?
Flash: I still think I'm the fastest. But if this Tatsuya guy is so brutal, maybe he deserves a good beating.
Superman: Don't push your luck. He's faster and stronger than you. The guy beat me up before I even realized it.
Flash: Holy shit, even you? Okay, then.
While Flash was talking, Green Lantern's ring started glowing, and a hologram appeared—it was the leader of the Green Lantern Corps:
Leader: We've detected strange movements in the universe. Brainiac and Darkseid are headed your way. Both possess powers that rival the gods. This time, we can't intervene, but we're sending all the Lanterns on Earth to support you under your command.
Superman: Fuck! Darkseid... that bastard. He keeps coming back stronger every time. I can barely hold him off on my own. Now, with Brainiac, too? Last time, we almost lost the world, and it took Atlantis to push him back. We couldn't kill him. If both of them are coming now... we're cooked.
Flash: Unfortunately, yeah.
Batman: This time, I'm saying we have to invite Tatsuya. He's powerful and has absorption abilities. tatsuya will surely wanna try absorbing their power If he absorbs them, it could end Darkseid forever. But if he turns on us after absorbing them, the world will be in even more danger. I just made an anti-Tatsuya plan, but I'd only use it as a last resort.

While everyone was filled with fear, Theo was calmly drinking tea and browsing Twitter. Twitter was a cesspool, as usual. He had already turned off the live broadcast and muted the chat. He was contemplating his next move. Theo felt bad like something important was about to happen, but his spider sense was weak and getting worse by the day. The government knew his location and had even attempted a few raids, but he escaped them all. He thought this time would be no different, but the person coming this time was different—it was Amanda Waller.
Theo: I didn't expect to see you here after trying to have me killed. Give me a reason not to kill you.
Amanda was sweating, overwhelmed with fear:
Amanda: Uh, sorry about before. The government wanted you gone, but now they've halted those operations. They want something from you.
Theo felt something strange like something important was about to happen:
Theo: I might accept. But first, let me list my demands.
Amanda Waller: Whatever you want will be granted. You could even become President. The situation is serious.
Theo: First, kill the Assassin's leauge. I don't want to deal with them anymore. They're like cockroaches—wipe them out. Second, I want you to release someone from prison: Peacemaker. Get him out.
Amanda: Is that all? There must be more.
Theo: Of course, there's more. Clean up Gotham.
Amanda: That's hard even for me.
Theo: I don't care. Otherwise, I'll handle it my way. Oh, and I want to meet John Constantine.
Amanda was trembling. She hadn't expected someone so ruthless after seeing Tatsuya on Twitter.
Amanda: How do you know John? He's depressed right now.
Theo: I don't care. Bring him to me.
Amanda: Consider it done. But all I ask in return is that you swear to protect the world and not become its enemy.
Theo's aura flared, and lightning struck everywhere. The ground trembled, but Theo calmed himself.
Theo: I swear. Now, get out before I lose my temper and get what I asked for.
Amanda had gotten what she wanted, even coming out ahead since Theo's demands could have been worse. As promised, Amanda released Peacemaker (who looked like John Cena) and sent him to Theo with her agents. The Assassin's Guild was slowly being wiped out. The most important thing was that Theo wouldn't be disturbed again.
John Constantine was currently dying of lung cancer (looking like Keanu Reeves from the Constantine movie) and was sent to Theo. Finally, Theo could carry out his plan and complete his oath, allowing him to leave this universe.
Theo's oath was this: In any universe he entered, he would become a god or gain power that surpassed the gods.
